Don’t buy from this site, I wish I read the reviews before hand.
Ordered a knee support on the 23rd of June, it’s now the 1st of August, no sign of the order. Had get one somewhere else.
I requested a refund from the seller but until the order is deemed lost I won’t get a refund.
The support was coming from China even though the site is Irishsupply.ie
Update...... I received a refund immediately by paypal.
This is a red flag, seems to be a scam website, taking money from people on the hope that they dont follow up and look for a refund.

Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with. Due a refund since March. No communication whatsoever from company in response to numerous emails and 2 registered letters.
Additional note: since original review I've now received my refund with the help of the Small Claims Court. The Small Claims Court service is brilliant.

Company claimed they couldn't delivery to either of the addresses I supplied. Ordered on July 3rd. I initiated all contact. Will be interesting to see how long refund will take. Definitely will not use this company again.

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. Did not deliver with in the delivery dates stated (7 to 10 working days ), LIE. Ordered my item on the 10th of July and was received on the 29th of July this date ws way to late.
I contacted them by webcam and was advised it would be delivered by the Friday25th but they did not arrive. They seem to have no one working there just a generic response and emails sent back to me.

Product is way over due
Product is way over due, quoted T&C's that don't reflect those on the website. 21 days waiting for delivery. Was hoping to support Irish but simpler and more reliable to get product from Amazon.
So the pack arrived today, posted 15/7 from Holland. 3 rolls of leather, 1 already opened. Not impressed and now can't return for refund stir well clear.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a complete scam. I placed an order weeks ago and have received nothing—no product, no shipping update, no communication whatsoever.
Every attempt to contact their so-called “customer service” has been ignored or met with vague, dismissive responses that go nowhere. They brush off genuine concerns and provide no timeline, no accountability, and absolutely no intention of delivering what was paid for.
This isn't a business—it’s a fraud operation designed to take your money and disappear. Based on my experience (and the many similar complaints I’ve since discovered), it’s clear this company has no interest in fulfilling orders or acting ethically.
Do yourself a favour: steer clear of this sham. Report them if you've been scammed, and warn others before they fall into the same trap

Don't Order they are not Irish
We bought from this company, believing it was an Irish Company in Cork. It is a Chinese drop-shipper. I am still waiting from my product 14 business days later. The track package shows it going & leaving & going back to the shipper in china? Clearly something is a miss here. When I mailed support I got back an AI generated email. Awful, dishonest and fraudulent
Awful. Attempted to steal €39.90 by retaining payment while not delivering product and, in addition, marking my order number as “expired” on their Order Tracker.
The refund referred to below was made as a result of a PayPal decision.
Otherwise, Irish Supply would have refused to refund money taken by fraudulent trading - taking money but not delivering product. Well done PayPal!

Very Disappointed!!!!
I can't fault the customer service, but im very disappointed with the product. I ordered the Rainforce Invigorating spa like shower power and hose. Only to find that when I opened the package that part of the shower head connector on the hose was broken.
In my opinion, it wasn't packed very well. It was in a plastic bag and wrapped in bubble wrap, not boxed like I would have expected and therefore I believe that this left it vulnerable to breaking if not handled with care.
As for the shower head itself (which I attached to my own shower hose) it's definitely not as powerful as advertised, and I'm using an electric shower.
Overall very disappointed 😞.
I have taken pictures of the way the product was wrapped and the broken hose fitting, but I can't find how to attach them. By the way I only received this product today.

I'm kicking myself here cos I always check reviews before ordering from a new website but I didn't this time ..
I taught the site looked legit and I like to support local and the fact they say they are based in Cork I went ahead and placed an order !!! Red flags went up straight away when I was paying with PayPal and it came up in Chinese and I was stupid enough to continue without thinking... I have emailed Irish Supply to cancel order immediately and refund the money over €70.. I have also been on to PayPal and I will be on to my bank first thing in the morning.. having now read the reviews I'm waiting for a reply from Siobhan the bot !!! Will be interesting to see what she has to say .. long story short avoid this site like the plague!!! I ordered these sandles on the 21st May they were delivered this morning 13th June. Not worth the money I paid , badly made .Definitely not leather.... plastic would be more like it .

Ordered a colour match foundation. It took ages to arrive and was not as demonstrated on the website. Total waste of money.

I bought from this company thinking the item that I ordered was coming from an Irish Company, however item comes from an international source. Their shipping policy states 5-10 business days for delivery - order placed 22/05 not delivered until 10/06. Overpriced item - found it on another site way cheaper once I saw the product. Delivered in bubble wrap with no instructions or other paperwork apart from label which showed Netherlands as source of origin. Nothing Irish about this company other than the name. Won’t get caught again

Got email response trying to justify price differential with other sites - I’m not convinced.
Also referencing 14 day returns policy however on reading conditions that policy favours the company rather than the customer.
Product must be returned “unused” - how do u know if it works if u don’t try it ??
Customer has to pay the return postage.
Company reserves the right to apply a 50% reduction to the refund amount at their discretion. I note from other reviews that this refund process itself is far from straightforward or efficient.
