Their website shows 0213794444 as their direct call support line. 021 is in the Cork area. However, this number does not exist (I tried it) which is very suspicious so I did not go ahead with my order.

Never ever buy anything from this…
Never ever buy anything from this pathetic excuse of a company. Fake deliveries, constantly stalling it's been over 3 months of me wanting my refund on an order that was never delivered. Even when It was processed on their system that they "attempted to deliver but no one was home" complete nonsense. Currently busy with the lawyers as we speak to take them to court.

I ordered a skin care product for my…
I ordered a skin care product for my daughters birthday. It stated 5- 12 business days for delivery. That seems quite long as 12 business days is more than 2 weeks but I went ahead with it.
The 12 business days have been and gone , I was on live chat with Alannah , who PROMISED to look into it and get back to me, needless to say, she failed to do so.
Today I could see she was online but she chose to ignore my messages.
A pathetic excuse for a company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Waited over a week for email to inform me of return address, so returned it to address on package, in Co. Laoise.
Finally got email to return it to England.

Bought compression socks from Irish Supply which cost €20. Found the same socks on temu, selling three pairs for €5.45
Post takes 5-12 working days so I knew then that they weren't being shipped from ireland and were coming from China. NOT AN IRISH COMPANY !!!!! SCAM

Disappointed
Bought an item from here which was clearly a sale return item simply sent out to me as a new customer. Packaging was damaged as in the zip lock bag was torn open. Product had been clearly used before as stitching was also damaged and had signs of previous use. Won't be buying from this company again

Package arrived torn
My order arrived as expected. However, the outer layer of the package arrived torn. Fortunately, the plastic wrapping around the items was still intact, so they were not damaged. That said, I’m quite disappointed with the condition in which the package was delivered. This level of handling is not acceptable or professional. I informed them via email, and they sent me the usual "your feedback is important, sorry for the inconvenience" response. Regretfully, due to this experience, I do not intend to place any further orders with this company

Faulty Foot Massagers
I ordered two foot massagers for my 89 year old mother and one for myself as an old aged pensioner too. Items cost almost €60 - they did not include charger - have two different chargers that fit these massagers but they only charge for less than a minute. Obviously a problem with the product which is probably why they don't include charger - because they won't charge. As for the instructions - you need a magnifying glass to read them. Thoroughly disgusted with this so called Irish company.

Not an Irish company and dreadful delivery service
Irish supply is definitely not an Irish company as my order came from the Netherlands.
Fastway was the company who delivered it. It was left inside the wall of my entrance beside a flower bed. I don’t know when it was delivered but all the package was wet so must have been there a few days. Got no delivery notice that it was delivered.
Never dealing with them again 👎💯
