Asked for a refund, but there's no chance. Asked for ETA for delivery, they have no idea, and then referred to the local post.

Useless Products!
I bought the sink stoppers which were totally useless as they do not stay put. I contacted Irish Supply immediately and was asked to send in a video which I did. That was on 24th November and despite sending further emails I have since not heard a word from them. I even threatened with a poor review if they didn’t respond. I am sitting here with two products still in the original packaging not knowing where to return them to and not knowing how to get a refund.
I might add that this is the second time I’ve had the same experience with Irish Supply. No customer service, no return address, no info on returns and refund policy. Stay away from them. I’m ashamed that they call themselves an Irish Company.

I bought 2 mirrors, paid over €60 each for them. Saw one for sale ag few weeks later in The Range for €13.95. Contacted the company to complain, but they didn't want to know. Saw the same mirror on sale last week for €12.95. Irish Supplies are a total RipOff...never again. Advice!!! Don't buy from them...I would rate ZERO if I could...

Please do not order from this site. I ordered 9th Nov, 2 grounding sheets and 1 came free so 3 altogether. I have already contacted them through email as my tracking was not moving. I contacted them again today 4th Dec which they told me they were delivered the 24th Nov. They absolutely were not delivered. I have asked for a refund so we will wait and see. I do not believe they are an Irish company and certainly don't ship from Ireland. Also there date format is American format??

DRAINGUARD Anti-Clog Sink Stopper & Hair Catcher foolishly bought these. Irish Supply my eye, the name implies we are supporting Irish suppliers/goods.
They came from China. If I wanted to buy from Shein or Temu I don't need the middleman fleecing me at four times the price!
I also had delivery issues and when they finally appeared they are of no use to me. Completely shoddy rubbish. I usually check reviews before I buy anything online. I was fooled by the company name and .ie web address.

Update: I didn't get the product I ordered (brushure thermal brush). I sent photos of the product received, showing it didn't have temp control or display as advertised. There were several emails where I was told they take feedback seriously, but each time I asked for a return, I was ignored.
A person identifying as a manager asked me to send a video of the product to demonstrate how it was different. The picture advertised on their website had changed at this point to the product they sent me! (I had screenshots of the original) Still no acknowledgement at this stage that the product was different! I was offered a 40% refund or a 60% credit or a promise to give me the return address, but I would have to cover postage. I took the 40% as I was so exhausted dealing with them and had no faith in the business.
Subsequently, another member of staff emailed to confirm the warehouse had sent the wrong product and offered the balance in credit! This is contingent on my removing or amending my review
I dont plan on shopping with this site again so I am leaving the review as stands for the current situation

I would really like a refund for these products as I have no use for them. I paid premium Irish products for essentially Temu products.
I am disgusted with this website. Misleading advertising meant I believed the products I ordered were irish. After 3 weeks my 3 items arrived from CHINA & they are of Temu quality. I genuinely trusted that the quality of the products would be great given the descriptions on the site not to mention the high prices! A dreadful company
A total waste of time making further contact with this company. I tried both Live Chat and email and have been fobbed off on numerous occasions. I do not know if these people actually exist, I would say to whoever you are, wherever you are, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Warning to anyone duped by mystery gifts, they are small cardboard car air fresheners with Irish Supply printed on them. Straight into the recycling bin!

I would not buy from this company…
I would not buy from this company again. I bought a ring holder necklace for my new engagement ring as I can't wear it for work. The delivery took alot longer than expected as my item was shipped from China, I assumed it would be shipped from Ireland as the company name is "Irish supply". The necklace arrived in a little plastic bag all tangled and definitely not the same quality as the pictures advertised. I thought it would at least come in a jewellery box of some sort. I honestly wish I had looked up this company before purchasing as their reviews speak volumes.

I would never buy from this company again, I ordered two iPads for my twin birthday and upon opening them I was horrified to discover the charger was missing and other accessories there was no packaging inside of the box everything was just thrown in so I would say it was used and sent back. When I contacted them with picture evidence their first response was if I had a charger at home to fit it could I use that. When I asked to send them back and either get two new ones sent out or a full refund they refused and told me they will send the missing part to me, Which I’m still yet to receive. There customer service shocking and there no rights for the customer with this company. Angry is an understatement.
