Would give zero stars if I could. They are definitely not an Irish company. They are Chinese. Takes forever to arrive and one bottle was broken. Fake advertising. They do not respond to emails either.

Ordered gifts for Christmas in early December and no sign today Christmas Eve.
Package finally arrived this afternoon 24/12/25 so will have to retract my comment that this is a scam.
However the company should be up front informing consumers that goods are most likely coming from China

I wish I checked reviews before ordering from this website as it is clear the issue I experienced is widespread and not a once off.
Ordered something on 01 Dec and at ordering said 7-10 working days.
Their own tracking showed its been in country for 10 days but has not been picked up by An Post.
Have not responded to an email sent 3 working days ago.
Really not good enough and there will be a disappointed niece who wont get the gift I promised.
Edited: Disappointed also that the company responds quickly via this platform asking for me to email but doesnt respond to my email and chat that I sent days ago!

The Webchat is a computer generated response and very unsatisfactory.

Not an Irish company! No customer service and all items shipped from China, it is not IRISH supply. Delivery took 4 weeks...from China and I probably paid 4 times the price of what the item was worth! Will never buy again from Irish Supply.

Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague. They have a bs name and have nothing to do with Ireland at all with no stock here. I foolishly bought a toy advertised as part of a Christmas present on 26th November. Turns out they aren’t at all based in Ireland and everything gets sent from China so nearly a full month and no sign or update on it. They also spam you daily with other bs offers which they keep sending even when you unsubscribe. Terrible company

I ordered this product on about 18th November:

What I thought I was getting was a High Pressure Filter Shower Head but what I actually got was a cheap plastic shower holder.
They deliberately try to mislead customers by putting up a headline of what customers think they are buying but in very small print they put what you are actually going to get. To say this is misleading advertising I would say is an understatement and this is actually bordering on fraud. The product was posted in China.

I ordered a delivery of children’s toys . I did not realise the toys were coming from China . I thought I was dealing with an Irish Company . The message is in the name . Irish SUPPLYCo .
I spent €115 euro . There has been no update on my order since 16 th Nov . That is a calendar month ago .
Irish Supply no longer respond to live chat with me or respond to my emails .
I would not recommend this company to anyone .
The toys have not arrived, the company are no longer communicating with me . A disaster from my perspective .

I placed an order on 19th of November, was told 7 to 10 working days for delivery, 19 working days later I still haven't received my order, I only get the same generic response to any emails I send, tracking hasn't been updated in 10 days, doubt I'm ever going to get my order or my money back, I will never order anything from this site again, the so called company wrote a response here but still won't respond to any of emails, this company is a scam and definitely not Irish, do not use this company

Avoid- this site is a scam
Avoid- this site is a scam. They just drop ship cheap Chinese rubbish goods at a large markup. Product took 6 weeks to deliver to Ireland- from a supposedly Irish company. It arrived in a plastic bag with no tags, branding or instructions at all and the quality is nil. Do not use.

It is very hard to get an answer from these people,
I asked a question about where my order is being shipped from and what courier will it be delivered from,

Tracking is hopeless,
