Poor experience
I purchased 3 Heatpod wall mounted heaters as Christmas presents on November 29. On December 11 I received a message to say that there was quality issues with the batch and my delivery would be delayed until Dec 14. Option to change colour and receive earlier delivery was provided, however I chose to wait until Dec 14. The product was not delivered until the second week in January. It was also completely ineffective. Unless you are less than one foot from the Heatpod, you feel absolutely no heat. It does not convect any heat, even in a tiny area. I immediately requested a refund and offered to send products back, at my own cost, however this company is refusing to provide a return address. I have sent multiple emails and am now being ignored. They are actively preventing me returning the products.
Update: I have since been provided with a return address in the UK. I had to return by tracked post at my own cost of €20.
Not a good experience, won't be using again.

Extremely slow delivery
Placed an order 4/12, received 23/12. Contacted the company several times about the delivery. They said they used Fastway, Fastway were no longer operating which was the first worrying response from them which was a clear sign they aren’t an Irish company. Order came packaged as if it came from shein/temu. Extremely disappointed and have expressed this by email/chat bot.

I googled them and found all their reviews and everything that the negative reviews say is fact. Their chat "customer service" is just A.I. Selling products they dont have in stock . They dont have a warehouse or a store . They simply take your order then source the product usually from China and place the order which then takes forever to arrive if at all ??? They give misleading information regarding any products they are selling and also they use paid for reviews. Just look at the actual real reviews and you should run a mile . The likes of this company ( if you could call it a company) need to be exposed for what they are and that is a very bad experience. Returns are non existence as contact is non existence. They simply wear you out until you go away .

Ordered " drain guard anti clog drain…
Ordered " drain guard anti clog drain stopper" 3 for price of 2 deal. Apparently I missed some button in the order process and lo and behold I was not getting the third "free" stopper. Order took almost a month to arrive, so looks like "Irish supply (complete with tricolor)" is really China supply. The long awaited drain solution unfortunately did not fit my Irish drain and during gentle persuasion decided to fall apart. Made out of flimsy plastic and wire mesh these items are way overpriced and not fit for purpose. A complete waste of time and money. I sent my comments to the company but am not holding my breath😏

No sign of my order or a refund
I sent you an email on the 29th December and still no word back.
I placed an order back at the end of August. My order stopped by customs and I got a letter from them stating that I would not receive it. I have emailed Irish supply and showing proof of the letter and asked them for a refund as I hadn’t received the product. This had still not been resolved and now they will not answer my emails. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company.
