I am now going to Competition and Consumer Protection Commission Ireland (CCPC) website and urge everyone to make a formal complaint also.

SCAMMERS!!!!. I bought an item from them and paid extra for fast delivery. The seller promised delivery within a few days. The package took a long time to arrive, and when it arrived, it turned out to be from China)). The item arrived broken, plus it was of very low quality and didn't match what the seller claimed. I wrote to them asking for a refund, and they replied that they could replace the item, ignoring my request for a refund. I wrote to them again, and they ignored my request for a refund again. After my 6th or 7th email, they stopped responding altogether. Avoid these thieves, and tell your friends never to deal with them. SCAMMERS!!!!

Ordered shower head sets but it was never delivered. Email back and forth and was told they have contacted supplier. 3 months now, still waiting to hear back to get a refund or redelivery at a different address, but they are just not responding to my emails and there's no other way to contact them. Scam. Miss selling products
SCAM. I ordered Neuro Gum which is listed on their website. It took 2 weeks to arrive and was a knock off product. It wasn’t Neuro Gum at all it was some crap knock off mints.
I emailed them to tell them and ask for a refund which they denied. They said they would refund me €8 when the product was €35
I told them they are mis selling customers by listing the product as Neuro Gum when they clearly don’t have it. This was over a week ago and they have made no change to the website listing.
Would not recommend supporting this type of operation and embarrassing that they are called “Irish supply”.

Irish Supply will not respond to me in…
Irish Supply will not respond to me in order for me to return an item and get my refund. They trying to make me miss the 14 day deadline. If I miss the deadline I will be reporting them to Consumer Affairs. They ok when you buying from them but not returning.
I have since received a full refund from Irish Supply.

Absolute scam
Would give this company minus stars if the site allowed.
Bought security cameras from them. The instructions included with the camera show app functions that dont actually appear on the app. Picture quality and camera functions are an absolute joke and nowhere near what was advertised.
Contacted their support team to return the goods. They acknowledged my email and it has now been 12 days without so much as a peep out of them.
This is not a company, it is organised crime plain and simple. Avoid at all costs.
Edit: As you can see from the reply from Irish Supply they aren't even bothering to read the reviews properly. They claim my email to them may have gotten stuck in a spam folder when they acknowledged receipt of the email. Their website claims to have a live chat but there is nothing of the sort.
As far as I am concerned this is just a criminal organisation pretending to be a company. They claim that their products are Irish sourced but the packaging makes it very clear that they ship directly from China. You are better off just buying from Temu as that is basically what this company is

Too slow at resolving problem
Ok, first off of all I want to dispute what one reviewer said about this company making out all its products are Irish made when in reality they come from China.
If you read the company’s info it actually says that they “source products from around the world”. So I have to disagree with what the reviewer said about that.
Having said that, I can’t say that I’m happy with Irish Supply’s response to my
reported problems, which has now been ongoing for several weeks
I ordered and paid for (on 9/12/2025-£78.69) 3 electric wall heaters. They duly arrived but, contrary to the company’s advert, didn’t contain the adapters. So I contacted the company on 13 Jan 2026 to inform it of the omission. On the same date, the following response came:
“I’m sorry to hear that the product didn’t meet your expectations. This issue was caused by an error on our end, and we take full responsibility.”
At today’s date I am still awaiting these adapters.
I have sent a video showing the problem (2 pin plug instead of3) so it shouldn’t take this long to resolve.
If the matter is not resolved to my satisfaction by this Friday, I shall contact my bank under the “Chargeback” provisions. I have advised Irish supply.
I couldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I would give Irish supply a minus rating if possible ,after waiting 6 months and many e mails and messages later my smart watch arrived today . I specifically ordered a Voch 2 watch, because I had one before that I liked, but received an unbranded watch that I am not happy with at all . If I could give a zero I would, giving this company a single star pains me. Customer service is absolutely shocking, three emails and no reply. I was told by what I suspect is a bot that my order having been in order processing for a week, was lost in transit and out of stock so a refund was offered. I accepted it and ordered an equivalent item from Amazon which arrived in 2 days. No sign of the refund 10 days later so emailed this joke of a company and told my order would be delivered in a couple of days. I replied to the mail explaining that I had purchased an alternative after being told it had been lost and no longer needed it and asked for a return label-zero response. I now have the item and want to return it but no reply to my request for instructions to do same. Avoid these scammers at all cost!
