Expensive return cost
After ordering an item from the company when it arrived it really didn't suit so I took advantage of the 14day return policy. After emails questioning why I wanted to send it back they finally gave me the returns address and requested that the item be tracked. The postage cost half of the refund fee. Will not be shopping with them again

I ordered a Smart A1 window security camera,it arrived with a cable that was far too short,(unlike the one shown in their video),it is totally useless. I unfortunately ordered a SIM card for the camera at a cost of €24 to discover that other sites were offering the same camera with SIM card and longer cables at no extra charge!
I’m at the loss of almost €70 ,l tried to cancel my order but was told l must cancel within 30 minutes of purchase!!

Avoid Avoid Avoid. This is NOT AN IRISH COMPANY. It's an American registered company that pretends it's a Irish company. You are basically buying Temu stock. Their social media shows lots of Irish content, but this just taken from other accounts. We bought some products and 2 months later they have still not arrived, the company are trying to take more money for an order that was already paid for. Do not do business with this company.

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered.
I ordered 6 under cabinet lights which were USB rechargeable and could be switched off. 1 of the 6 was as described, 5 were not. They didn't have a switch and needed 4 batteries each. The supplier said they were functioning as expected and they would not replace them. As the order was over €75, (€90) I qualified for a free gift valued at €14.95. I had to ask twice before it was sent. It arrived, and I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. It was 3 paper air fresheners, like those that hang from the car mirror. They had the Irish Supply logo on them. I recently bought similar, 3 for €2. I feel I've been ripped off. I won't be using this company again. Lesson learned.
RESPONSE: Order number is 231484. I contacted you in the first instance, and was told they would not be replaced as they were functioning as expected. That's like paying for a Mercedes and being supplied with a Yaris, and being told it operates as expected.

Very Disappointing experience
Purchased a projector end of January and by the beginning of March, it had stopped working. The product was also not what was depicted in the photo and was also half the price on Temu.
Once i received a email from customer service after explaining the situation, i was offered 15% as a gesture of good will for future buys.

Missing package
Been marked as delivered but i haven't received my product (compression gloves) something that would fit through a post box. Messaged them about this explaining the situation and how I have already contacted the various post office channels all I got in response was them saying it was delivered on the 12th. I believe this may be some sort of a scam business/website. I'm waiting a month for a simple small order. Some automated chatbot, claiming to be Cara Doyle, responds to my emails telling me its on teh way. There is no physical contact address on the website. I bought 2 portable heaters
I bought 2 portable heaters, both of which were faulty. I contacted the company immediately to get a return label explaining that the goods were faulty & wished to avail of the 14 day no questions asked refund policy. However after many many emails to this company asking how to return the heaters, I got no where with them. I eventually gave up & approached my credit card company to request a charge back refund. I will never buy from this company ever again & strongly advise others to stay away.
