Similar to what the other people have suffered, I made a test that was initially cost 0.5€ which was ok but the day after I was charged 49.7€ for a suscription that I did not asked for and that was not announced, clear a fraud, asked for a immediate refund and still waiting for the answer and reported to my bank to block the charge.

This company is fraudable. I got charged 49,70€ for a subscribtion I knew nothing about, because they didn't write anything. Don't get fooled. I'll contact my bank about it and I hope to get a refund. This got me really frustrated. Because of this, I don't have much money left:))

On the 17/6/25 I paid £0.50p by debit card to take the "60 Question" Test.
Today the 18/6/25 I routinely checked my banking App.

Sure enough amongst others transactions the £0.50p was showing as pending. I WAS SHOCKED to see a separate amount showing to the same company FOR £49.70p!

I immediately clicked on the unexpected transaction and then on to the "dispute process" having first attempted to contact the organisation unsuccessfully as I was unable to find ANY CONTACT DETAILS other than being repeatedly sent to the test itself.
As the bank will not start a dispute whilst a transaction is still pending, I decided to ring my bank directly.

Having raised my issue the bank assured me as soon as the payment is out of pending I can raise my dispute AND THEY WILL REFUND the £49.70p.
I've taken screenshot of EVERYTHING as proof should this company attempt to contest my dispute.
IF THEY DO I WILL ADVISE MY BANK THAT THIS IS FRAUDULENT
I should have wised up before thinking a £0.50p test would lead to unauthorised use of my card.

The Bank said this first low payment is widely used as a means by some companies to get a persons card details from which certain companies can subsequently take larger amounts
I've unsubscribed and the bank assure me this won't effect their process in dispute/funds recovery

Stay away from this site. Their mind sat is to charge money and they provide no services. There is a hidden subscription, that also is very expensive compared the the very bad quality of what they provide. Watch out!

Worst site ever i spent 15 mins responding to the question but in the end i see that i have to pay to see the results

If I could rare this company -5 I would, because they ask you to pay €0.5 and the next day. You’ll be missing like 40€ .This is obviously a scam so please stay away from this site.

Even when I tried to contact them to ask for my money back. I didn’t find any reply from them

As my daughter was sat in class, she began receiving notifications from her banking app telling her she had been charged £49.70. Thankfully, the bank denied the charge and no money was taken from her account. She willingly paid the £0.50 but was not informed of the additional £49.70. After looking online, we realise this is a common act from this company. Thank the Lord that no money was taken and the bank caught on.

As so many before me (from reading the reviews) I too was hood winked into this trap. It's ironic that a website offering a free I.Q test, once completed then shafts you for 40.00 euros without transparency. Lesson learned, ego deflated and my bank account. Stay clear of this.

This is hands down the worst deceptive company to ever exist. The give you the IQ test with a charge of £0.50 to retrieve ypur results. Then in the last stage before payment they giv you to options to either just recieve these results with no subscription and one where you carry on with your subscription for £49.70 so obviously you would opt for that as all you want is results. But well and behold the following day you account will be 49.70 light because the company despite your choice option have charged you. Don't be a victim like me and a bunch of other victims

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY. Every penny is important to me as a single mom. I bought the test result and did not choose to subscripe to this. IT WAS A CLEARLY NO THE REQUEST. STILL THEY SNEAKE IN TO TAKE 545 KR FROM MY BANKACCOUNT. THIS IS THEAFT. PLEASE DON'T EVER DO TEST WITH THIS COMPANY. IT SO DISGUSTING. THE FUNNY PART IS I DON'T EVEN HAVE ACCES TO THIS SUBSCRIPTION. SO WEIRD.

If only I could give 0 stars I would definitely do it! They charged me for a premium without informing me while I'm already unsubscribed.

They stole £50 from me, they tell the IQ tests costs 50p but they take £50. Disgusting company

Disastrous .
An invitation to treat i.e free test that led to a £59.99 deduction from my account after paying the so called 50p to retrieve my results. Their methods are underhanded , ambiguous and despicable

Lets you do an entire MTBI test before telling you its paid!
