They do not make it clear that by paying the £0.50 for the IQ test report, it is simultaneously activating a subscription that costs way more. They do not easily have a way contact them.

I wanted to take a mbti test online, and they said to pay 0.50p which i was okay with, but the very next day I get charged for £49.70 for a subscription, which they don't even state clearly. Call my bank straight away for fraud. STAY AWAY from this website.

I fell for the same scam but there seems to be a way to get the money back. Go to the iqboost.co website on desktop (on mobile the feature seems to be missing) and chat with the support agent through the site. Ask for a refund and when they refuse, simply state that you're going to dispute the charge with your bank. They offered me an "exception" and promised a refund in 5-10 business days. I will update the post if the refund has been received.

I would give zero stars if I could.

I only took the IQ test as a bit of fun with my daughter one night. They charged me 50p for the report, which I was fine with, but I have now just discovered (2 months later) that they have signed me up for a subscription! They refuse to cancel the pending payment and won't refund me the previous month payment which I have just noticed.

They claim their prices are transparent but that cannot be the case when I see how many negative reviews there are regarding subscriptions!

It's a scam. Don't use it

They subscribe users to the plan without notification!
I paid 50 cents for the IQ tests, and then they connected me to their subscription plan, without any warning. So, today I was charged for 39Eur and didn`t get a response for my claim regarding charging. Even any agreement or approval of the subscription. It`s awful service, they don`t care about their brand and reputation.

They made no notification for two months and just took €100 from my bank account.

i understand that we all have sam eproblem but has anybody ever made a refund from that freaking scammers? and why there is not way to get money back from this kind of people i dont get it, after all this why this site still working.

Total disaster. I'm certain they are scammers. I experienced the same thing everyone else experienced and contacted them before commenting here. I explained the issue properly and asked for my money back.First they responded and said they would refund my money. In the next email they said they could not refund me. They did not respond to my subsequent emails. In short, they do know what they are doing and they are scamming people. I will report this site as a fraud and make a complaint to the necessary places to get it shut down.

I had the same experience like others. But I want to suggest that, email them first and request for refund before blocking your credit card. They do response back and make the refund.

Fiz um teste no site iqboost, porém no final do teste me foi informado que só teria acesso ao resultado se efetuasse um pagamento de 0,50 euros. Fiz esse pagamento usando o cartão. Depois tive o resultado e acabou ali a minha utilização deste site. Vale ressaltar, que no momento que fiz o primeiro pagamento nunca foi mencionado que me seria debitado 39,9 euros 24h depois. Tempo depois, vejo em minha fatura o aviso de algumas cobranças 39,9 euros do referido site. Procurei por todo o lado no website e não havia forma nenhuma de cancelar a subscrição ou solicitar reembolso. Tinham apenas um e-mail para informação geral que usei para os contacta-los. Utilizei deste e-mail só depois de me ter sido debitado o valor, no dia 01/07/2024, e até a presente data não obtive retorno.

Já fiz reclamação junto ao meu banco e abri processo de Fraude e reembolso.

As the others, it looks like i subscribed (without knowing) and i didn't watch my bank balance for two months so they charged me 39,90€ twice
I called my bank and they advised me to block my card and make a new one.. i didn't see that necessary since i cancelled the subscription and deleted my credit card as a source of payment.. but still don't know if i can get my 80€ back..

Fraud!!! They steal your bank details and the only way to stop them is to change bank card!
