It is a scam, they trick you into additional purchase you never wanted, and if you do not pay attention, you will be charged automatically a monthly subscription after 7 days, so you need to carefully cancel it.

Unauthorized charge of €39.90 after paying only €0.50 for an IQ test.
I never agreed to any subscription, yet they took money without permission.
I contacted their support demanding a refund — response was that it was my fault for not reading the conditions o before taking the IQ TEST.
Be REAL careful — this is a scam as they are devious with the almost hidden subscription clause.
I will update this review if they process my refund.

Det som gikk galt, er det samme som alle andre beskriver i sine anmeldelser. Du betaler ett lite beløp for resultatet etter å ha tatt en IQ test, for så i ettertid blir trekt flere hundre kroner i måneden for ett abonnement du ikke har fått med deg. Denne bindingen på abonnement er godt skjult, så det er ikke lett å få med seg. Så dette er en SCAM.

I successfully got my money back by submitting a fraud claim under Visa/Mastercard estatues violation for not disclaining a membership was initaed or is getting billed by them. Make sure to screenshot your email if you buy their IQ test, if they do not disclose it, they cannot keep your money, you'll get your funds back in like 30-45 days. Screenshoot everything,.

Anyways, these are scammers, if I was not obvious.

There was a transaction I was unaware of a while ago and I got a call from the bank. The website is a scam.

Arnaque il faut payer 0,50€ pour recevoir le test alors qu’il est marqué gratuit et le lendemain vous êtes prélevé de 49,70€ et vous vous retrouvez abonnée avec se prélèvement mensuel.
Surtout ne pas accepter de payer les 0,50 ct .j’ai réussi à résilier mais il refuse de rembourser les 49,70 € .

This is so annoying, I just wanted to do an iq test just to be scammed by this company, they said it was 0,50 euros just for them to take the 0,50 euros and then 39,90 euros to so approximately 40 euros from me, return my money scammers
I have written multiple emails to them and not to gotten any response, since a week
I want my money, I need my money back
I got charged again for the second time 39,90 euros even after unsubscribing

An appalling company as these reviews will confirm. I signed up for their “50p” Myers Briggs assessment only to be charged £49.70.

I complained directly and was told of the ‘subscription’ I had signed up for.

However, after it became clear they are not handling clients’ data in line with GDPR regulations they decided to pay a refund, thinking this would fully resolve the issue. They are mistaken.

The Information Commissioner’s Office takes data protection very seriously so I fear the company will be unable to trade in the UK much longer. We look forward to this outcome.

They take money from your bank account. Almost 50 euro. This is a fraud. I contacted them and they say that they refunded but they dont. I have spent hours on the phone with the bank and a complaint is filed with the police! Also if you randomly complete the IQ test, it will always say you are with the top smartest, just so you give your bank details for the full report (which is just fake and made up) for 0.5 euro and then 1 day later they take almost 50 euro suddenly!
