Overall Quite straightforward. After submitting info for sign up the rest of the process is painless

Some improvement on deposits could be made to make the process cleaner and feel safer e.g. make it 100% clear where the code/ reference goes on different bank statements as these can differ in layout between banks

The setup is quick and easy. Clear dashboard. This rating relates to the set up only, not the results!!

I love the service offered by InvestNow and some of the features are fantastic (I love that you can send an email with a code rather than a text message for when I am out of cell signal).
Now that my funds have been chosen it is relatively easy to buy additional units i these funds however with so many funds on offer it is quite tricky to initially chose the most suitable funds.
A feature I would really like would be to be able to hold units of the same funds in seperate parcels eg. If I am using a fund for investing on behalf of a child it would be nice to be able to have multiple instances of the same fund but maintained separately rather than all pooled together. As it is my work around for this is to have each of my kids invested in a different fund.
If I could have given 4.5 stars I would have gone with that as I do like the product and service, it just lacks a few things to get it a 5 star rating from me.
*In response to the InvestNow reply: I had considered setting up the kids with their own accounts, however I wish to retain ownership and management of their accounts even when they are older. They are earmarked for first homes or similar. There are also some other contributing factors around taxation however it is primarily about ownership and control.

Figuring out how to sign up and use the website is not that straight forward. But otherwise, well enough.

I think a clearer indication of returns on purchase price would be nice. Also some more information on funds when viewing them in the fund selector would be good, maybe with an option to select several funds for comparison. Otherwise it's a great platform.

Website works well and provide adequate info. But at this age you should be able to access these kind of data from mobile application, with more mobile friendly than the website. Please consider it.

The idea and the product overall are awesome. The app is lacking though: GUI is not intuitive, and also it does not work well with phones.

The labels on the Home page are confusing.

Good site relatively easy to use however the interface could be a bit better and easier to use. No graphs to see progress
