Awesome platform, however only really updates at 12 and can take some time for orders to be placed and put through, but it is a great platform for zero fees and makes it really easy to start investing.

It is too complicated to register, with several expired passcodes and still no luck completing the registration process I am nearly ready to give up!

The platform is easy to use and has endless options for investing money. Most importantly, I can find all the information I need before making any decisions. The team replies to emails quickly and answers all my questions. I'd recommend InvestNow to anyone.

Online form was hard to complete deffo not 15min lucky your helpline was very good so I continued with it

I found it very easy to join & to set up continuing payments. There is a large range of funds to invest in & gives me a choice to invest in more than a single fund if I choose to.

I am quite able with technology and in the past week we have placed $300 000.00 with Pie Funds and $300 000.00 with Fisher Funds. We have made 3 attempts to do the same with Milford. You say that we are registered but I don’t see that. How do I invest with you?

Still getting to grips with long delays in investing and selling ... the investnow desktop is usere friendly ... as yet not sure if it is for me as gains are minimal, no doubt due to my lack of knowledge in investiing ... maybe longer term i will be happier overall ...

Tedious process, not user friendly at all. too many hoops. tried to cancel setup and no one has bothered to reply. went to another company setup in minutes

Easy to use platform, lots of fund choice, no fuss tax reports, responsive customer service what’s not to like!

I'm sure things will improve, but getting set up was a bit of an ordeal. One, for understandable reasons, you get timed out for inactivity. However, it seems to be a straight time-out, not just for any lack of activity. And, you get no warning you have been timed out until you have made a whole lot of entries and then try to 'submit' or send. The result, you spend a lot of time re-entering your details.
Two, while you can 'chat' about any questions you have and eventually a human gives you helpful answers, there is a distinct lack of quick access to help, nor the ability to click on items for explanations.

My IRD number has two numbers at the start before the -
So one digit less than your system needs so I can not enter my IRD number. I've had that number since 1979 (ish)

I tried first completing the details from my driver license but it didn't accept it. It then told me to upload certified copies of documents which I didn't want to go through the hassle of getting them certified. Then when I asked about this, I was told the documents didn't need to be certified which was contrary to the info published online. Compared to other companies, when it just worked when I completed my details the first time, I didn't like the mucking around with InvestNow.

Very user-friendly and provides the relevant information when making a decision.

Maybe consider allowing people buy individual NZ shares?
