Shipping was significantly overpriced

Shipping was significantly overpriced. I ordered one screw about 1 1/2 inches in length ; shipping was $27. I appreciate that it came from the UK but there must be a more economical way to get that screw.

Excellent service and outstanding support


I would like to sincerely thank the team at IntroCar, especially Ryan and Phil, for their excellent service and support throughout the entire process.
I was looking for some difficult-to-find parts for my Rolls-Royce, and there were quite a few details that needed to be checked and confirmed. They were always extremely helpful, patient and willing to answer all my questions.
They went the extra mile by checking the part numbers, providing photos and measurements, and helping me make sure that the parts were correct for my engine before placing the order.
What I appreciated most was that I never felt that they were simply trying to sell me parts. They genuinely wanted to help and make sure that I was ordering the correct items.
The communication was excellent, professional and friendly from start to finish. Even though I was ordering from Greece, I felt that I was dealing with people who genuinely cared about helping their customer.
Thank you very much, Ryan and Phil, for all your help and outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend IntroCar and will certainly use you again in the future!

Upon ordering from the items listed on…

Upon ordering from the items listed on the website, I received an email from Michael to confirm the order but with the option of saving a little coin by substituting a few bits with none Oem parts. My invoice was adjusted and the order shipped, arriving in Canada in two days. Outstanding!
