Don’t bother
Don’t bother, My etron was 3 months old, I should have taken it to Audi main dealer, claim was against the other party yet this outfit decided to ignore my advice a bearing needed replacing, had to get a report from Audi and they were then forced to do the work. They have mechanics who cannot detect a damaged bearing resulting in me driving a dangerous car. Also they missed a door handle which I’m now waiting on them to finish.

Really good communication at all times
Really good communication at all times, always polite and dealt with any issues I had even things like ringing the hire car company as they weren’t answering to me. Also car looks amazing, would hopefully never need them again but would definitely use them 100% if I did.

Amazing service
Someone crashed into the bak of my car damaging the bumper. My insurance chose KC autos. The service was amazing. They picked the car up from my house and returned it to Enterprise so I could do a straight swap. I was kept informed through the process and was done a day earlier. The best part was getting my car back. It was so clean and shiny, it looks better and newer than when I bought it 2 years ago. It was such a lovely surprise.
