Professionalism from start to finish

The understanding and common sense shown when dealing with a warranty claim (more than two years had passed, but it was a meticulous, long-term restoration) surprised me, because it would have been so easy – and many would have done so – to wash their hands of it.
Of course, this approach is also logical, because each section of the staff is highly specialised and has a deep understanding of the field in which they operate.
And they demonstrate this in their day-to-day work when asked for anything from general information through to placing orders and the subsequent paperwork for customs and shipping.

Great Company

Great Company - Very helpful Very knowledgeable on parts. The staff Always upbeat and friendly and deliveries always prompt, unless special order. IntroCar is a great business and we love doing business with them.

I can confirm that your order was dispatched on 26 May via Royal Mail, as requested. Tracking shows that the shipment is currently still in transit and is being processed at a sorting office in France. Please note that standard postal services can take longer than courier options such as DHL, particularly for international deliveries.

If you have any concerns or require assistance, we would always encourage you to contact us directly so that we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
