My father has passed away and we are having so much trouble with paperwork.Each time we ring and send the necessary paperwork ,then it’s something else.Communication is terrible.Also a different person each time we ring,telling us a different thing.It had been awful and still going on.

This insurance company sits on their bottoms behind a desk and steals elderly`s monies without a refund from many years of payments from my elderly mum, with dementia, bank account. The family is contacting A current Affair soon if my mum does not get a refund.
