One of the few who would insure my Coaster
Not many Insurers I phoned even had my 1992 Coaster Bus on their system. Everything was explained well, all my questions were answered and it was so easy to get insurance for exactly what I wanted covered. My policy was delivered to my inbox before I even said goodbye and I really appreciate the freindly informed service.

Lots of things. I would encourage you to listen to the transcripts.
Cancelled original policy by mistake. Refund not organised until it was chased.
New policy with incorrect value
Emails chasing payment
Correct policy - offered refund even though I had not paid
On one occasion a staff member hung up on me ( not sure if it was by accident).
Did not enjoy waiting on the line for ages.
Often put through to the sister company instead of KT Insurance
I could go on!!
