World definitely recommend!
Ryan, my insurance advisor, was friendly, professional and efficient. I needed additional cover for an investment property I was purchasing. My current providers quote was above my budget and Ryan secured the same cover with additional benefits including private health care at a fraction of the cost. Would definitely recommend insurance first as I doubt I could have found the same cover on a price comparison site.

Changing life cover after remortgaging.
We used Insurance First after remortgaging through Embrace Financial Services, who refererd us.
Insurance First cover the whole market including specialist insurers. They get a commission from the insurers, so don't charge you.
After arranging a time to phone with Emily, we weren't left waiting for the call. She was friendly and explained each step as we went along. Our policy wasn't straight forward, and needed some extra work to get the best quotes, which was done and completed within a couple of days.

Brilliant!
We did our life insurance application through Insurance First, hand in hand with our mortgage application. Rhys was brilliant every step of the way, explained everything to us and no question or request was ever too much. Also, when talking about personal health topics, as is often the case with life insurance, we were made to feel at ease and comfortable. Would definitely use this company again, and would recommend to anybody.

Great service
We have used mortgages/insurance first on several occasions and have never had any complaints. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they always take your thoughts into consideration when selecting products. Shout out to Rhyse for his persistence and patience in trying to chase us down this whole time to renew - we knew it was needed and it was always on our list to do and we finally got round to doing it. He was very helpful and done it all for us which we also can’t complain about. Superb help all round - much appreciated!
