This is now the second mortgage that Mevlit Sulo has arranged for me, and once again the service was excellent from start to finish. Once again a pleasure to work with Luke Casey and Hayden Watts at Karis Capital on another complex BTL case for a client who was refinancing his new build development property and also equity releasing to provide deposit funds to complete on another development scheme. i’ve been in the market for many years, but I haven’t seen something like that for a long time. These guys knows what they’re doing.
