IN'n'OUT Autocentres Arvostelua 

After taking car for MOT and new brakes. The following day I went to.open bonnet. The casing over the bonnet and petrol cap workings is broken. All wires exposed . My car was immaculate before these destroyed it.
Car sill was a full of boot scuff marks. No respect for vehicle whatsoever. Cannot fill with petrol. The casing over the bonnet and petrol cap lever. Cracked and broken
I will be returning ASAP livid is an understatement.

quick efficient service, good value for money. arrived a little earlier than my appointment time however car pretty much went in and completed mot on time. Will definitely be returning to get my car a full service and fix a few issues highlighted in the mot

After the car service I was about to pay for a £499 package but I was told I didn't need it. He is just being honest with us. Instead of paying for something in the package that we don't need. This is the first time I have used In'n' Out Autocentres in Lincoln, I booked my Hyundai Tuscon in for a full service and MOT and found it to be a first class service, the staff are friendly and welcoming in installed faith back in every sense. I will, without doubt, be using them again. Well done lads and thanks for the 1st class service you provides.

I booked a recon charge at Coventry centre. I got to the centre and the manager said the machine is playing up you may have to re book tomorrow or wait two hours and there is no guarantee. I called the head office and advised what had happened and asked why the centre had not called me and advised what was wrong and asked if I could have a refund. I was advised that it would be logged as a complaint and I will not be able to get a refund until the head office contacted me. I Evan said to the branch manager at Coventry why had you not informed the head office so they could have advised me. He it is what it is you can go next door and ask them if they will do it for you. This is the worst customer service I have ever had I am so disappointed.

Could not praise the lads at Nene Valley enough for fixing my car. Coming in early
just so I could have the car ready for my journey away.
