Terry Jones from joblogic arrived on time and promptly set about his work he set up his CCTV equipment and dismantled the rain water pipe to give him access he was helpful in answering any questions I had he was very polite when he had finished he tidied up and left everything as he had found it. I feel that he was a credit to his company which is good to see.

Chris & Charlie worked through identifying the root cause logically and communicating with us at all stages explaining exactly what they were doing. Despite a difficult job they found the leak, fixed it and left the site even after lifting slabs and digging 3 holes in our patio, as it was before excavations. Credit to the company.

The guys turned up on time and started straight away. They were very polite, friendly and respectful of our property. They did a great job and replaced everything as they found it. Paving slabs were carefully removed to gain access to the drain, replaced afterwards and repointed.

A very professional job by Marcus and Matty (job No 84743), kept well informed on what the job entailed and their progress during the excavation. When finished, they tidied up to a first class standard, in fact you would never know they were their. Very pleased and would recommend.

Ronnie, Kim and Luke had a fair job on their hands at my property. They explained what was required how they would remediate and went over and above that to make sure no repeat issue would expect. They were on time, really good to work with and would certainly recommend them.
