If I could leave a zero I would. Do not use this rental company. I rented a car from them and you would think that they would keep up with the registration on cars they rent but mine was expired. I got pulled over 3 times and each time I was sitting for at least an hour or more. It ruined my vacation! I returned the car early and they said since you paid for it already they would not give a refund. These people are crooks! If I would have gotten a ticket I would probably have to pay for it even though it was not my car.

Non refundable Reservation through Priceline. When we arrive at counter with our own insurance they want to charge $2500 “refundable” for insurance. Of course they won’t refund our money upon cancellation. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!! What a scam

They try to Find the smallest thing and charge you for this. Very unfriendly people. This company is not good better try an other one.

Realicé y pagué por adelantado mi reservación a través de Economy Bookings.com, la cual incluía ya kilometraje ilimitado, impuestos locales, y daños a terceros (Third Party Liability).
Además, yo traía mi seguro contra robo y accidentes por parte de master card.

Sin embargo, al llegar a mostrador, el vendedor trató de venderme un seguro contra robo y accidentes.
Al indicarle que yo ya traía mi seguro contra robo y accidentes de mastercard, me dijo que tenía que contratar entonces uno contra daños a terceros.

Cuando le mostré que mi reservación ya lo incluía, me inventó el cuento de que "En el estado de Quintana Roo, el seguro de daños a tercero debe ser de mínimo 3 millones de pesos", y alegó que el seguro que mi reservación incluía "seguramente" era de una cantidad menor. - Sin embargo, mi reservación en ningún lugar indicaba un monto máximo de cobertura o algún límite a la póliza.

Al negarme a pagar de nuevo por un servicio que ya había pagado, me negó el servicio.
Afortunadamente, yo estaba grabando toda la conversación en mi celular.
Cuando le informé que tenía grabada su negativa a darme el servicio, me corrió de la oficina.

Pedí hablar con la gerente, y tras esperar 1 hora, ofrecieron "permitirme" rentar el coche, contratando otro seguro más económico - A lo cual yo aún no estaba de acuerdo, pero ya estaba cansado para seguir peleando, por lo cual acepté.

Esto es un abuso al consumidor, y mañana levantaré una denuncia ante PROFECO.

I've read some negative comments about Infinity since booking, but had we not had any damages to the car (which were not our fault) it would have been a great, trouble free booking.

Car was clean and in good condition.
The check in was pretty smooth, we ended up buying the full insurance package, thankfully.

We returned the car with some damages that were not our fault. The rear lamp had been hit whilst we parked it in the town.

We lost our booking agreement paperwork. They tried to delay us to the point of missing our flight and then pressured us into paying a made up repair fee, although we had their full insurance package.

Because we didn't have our paperwork they refused to find our booking agreement, which contained the insurance details. Thankfully, last minute, we found our copy which contained the information and suddenly their mood changed and they instantly closed our policy and we left for the airport.

Just cover yourself, take photos of the documents incase.

Ofrece precio bajo, pero al llegar a la agencia a recoger el auto, indican que es OBLIGADO comprar un seguro, que cuesta más de $4000.00 . Si uno desea cancelar, NO REGRESAN el dinero pagado. Son unos abusivos. Pagué un Jetta y me dieron un caballero, viejisimo, sin pantalla, todo golpeado, todo le suena y no tiene potencia, pero eso sí, consume muchísima gasolina. Nadie nos recibió al llegar al aeropuerto, tuvimos que andar preguntando por todo el estacionamiento. Para regresar al aeropuerto tardaron más de media hora. ES UN SERVICIO NEFASTO. NADA RECOMENDABLE. Me respondieron a este comentario por correo de manera majadera y sin dar ninguna solución. NO RENTEN EN ESTA EMPRESA..ROBAN!!!!

El Agente que nos atendió Jairo Badillo muy amable y rápido en el trámite el Sr Antonio chofer que nos trasladó del aeropuerto a la agencia muy simpático y muy responsable en la conducción.

Nos dieron seguimiento en la reserva desde un día antes del vuelo. Vía wat SAP nos estuvieron guiando hasta que nos entregaron el carro, súper rápido sin burocratismos y muy economico

These company needs to be investigated by authorities, they are thieves and con artists. They advertise cars at one low price, when you get to the agency they tell you they do not accept insurance coverage from Amex or Mastercar/costco who I use to cover my insurance costs. They charged almost 1000$ insurance for a two week rental, they charge me a retainer for 700$ that was supposed to be reimbursed automatically3 weeks latter I am still waiting. They claimed someone stole my license plate and they charged me 600$ to open an investigation...complete con-artists and thieves. They gave me an old car, whose speedometer did not work, the dashboard did not work, I could never tell if I had gas in the tank. While at the rental place I asked them to cancel the contract and they refused and was obliged to keep the car... The worst experience in my life.... AVOID these rats

Fuyez cet entreprise a playa del carmen .Nous avons louer une voiture avant d'arriver avec une assurance et déjà payer. A notre arrivée dans l'agence on nous oblige à prendre une assurance.ce à 500 euros supplémentaire. Forcément nous avions déjà une assurance mais il ne voulais pas entendre .
Nous avons appeler l'assistance .lors de l'appel nous constations que le téléphone sonne et le monsieur devant nous décroche et raccroche puisque l'assistance c'est lui ( de même nous constatons qu'il ne raccroche pas très bien le combiné pour éviter que nous le rappelons). Il essaie de nous vendre quelque chose inutile. Il appel un de ces supérieur par telephone qui nous déclarent que nous n'avons pas à paye cela . Au final cet homme a essayer de nous arnaquer alors faite gaffe .

Ce qui ses pas bien passé ses que je loue une voiture via booking avec assurance complète et la le vendeur veut m’obliger a reprendre une assurance qui coûte le meme prix que la location autant dire que sa ne vaut plus le coût heureusement un canadien qui parlais français et espagnol nous as dépatouillé et nous avons pu avoir notre voiture sans sont assurance sois disant obligatoire a 7000 pesos dommage car ducoup nous avons était méfient sur tout le reste de notre séjour

We rented a car from Infinity through Priceline, paid for rental and full insurance only for agent to insist we buy Infinitys own 3rd party insurance for $490 more for the week! Ridiculous rip off, in an offsite dimly lit garage, lucky to get out of there. Rented from Hertz back at airport, car right onsite, learned a hard scary lesson after wasting 2 1/2 hours and now fighting for $ back. Scams like Infinity ruin simple car rentals for everyone.

They force you to take out extra insurance otherwise you won't be able to pick up the car.
The facilities are located in a dangerous and poorly frequented area. You may have problems at any time.
They say they will pick you up at the airport but they haven't said anything. I waited 2 hours until I took a taxi to their tent. They said the driver had fallen asleep.
Incompetent, criminals, and thieves.
They stole $500 from my card because the card had come out on the first day. Be careful, they put the plate badly attached and then steal you.
