Infinity Car Rental Arvostelua

I liked the value
The staff was friendly, polite and despite language barrier, explained the process and insurance policies.
The car provided was not in the best condition. There were dents and scratches on all sides and corners. Also, there was no GPS or connection for phone charging. Only a Bluetooth USB port. This was also not advertised or mentioned when I booked the car.

I had a great experience the cost was exactly what the site had said I would rent from them again

I’ve rented 5 times here already and every single time the service is great. I will continue to rent here as they are straight forward and rental cars are what you request.

The service was good, I'm very satisfied so far. I was surprised a little for the guaranty they put on hold in case of an accident, it was more then I thought it would be.

Luis Angel at the Tulum airport was very helpful and made the experience worth while! Thanks again, I will be sure to rent a car from them next time I travel to mexico.

Muy buen servicio como siempre

Excelente servicio!!

Service was amazing. They called me a few times ahead of time, even though they were having trouble reaching my cell number. They scheduled a ride for me to get picked up as soon as I landed. Amazing service from the drivers to the front desk. Will definitely use their services in the future.

It’s the 3rd time I rented a car with Infinity Car Rental.
It’s very easy and affordable.
Service is very good, people are very friendly and helpful.
I recommend Infinity Car Rental a lot.
The only thing to improve it’s the exit ramp.

They have pick up service and the cars are new and clean the guys will go the extra mile just to make sure you get the best deal out
