Let me start with how absolutely awesome the service from Eduardo Carro was. Eduardo was very thorough in making sure I had the best experience and also offered benefits I didn’t know of. And along with Eduardo is Rocio, which I believe is the supervisor. She made sure I was completely satisfied and happy with my rental. There’s a rep by the name of Camila who followed up to make sure I was treated right and to make sure my experience was a very good one. This team is amazing and I can’t speak highly enough of all of them! Thank you Infinity Car Rental for having chosen quality and very qualified staff, but also having a great selection of vehicles to choose from. You all have made me a lifelong client and thanks again to all of you!! 💞

Gran amabilidad, excelente precio, y fácil gestió…
A finales de febrero de 2026 viajé a Cancún junto con otra familia. Después de un gran fiasco con Hertz (su estafa con los seguros), nos recomendaron Infinity Car Rental. La experiencia fue excelente. Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto, en 5 minutos estábamos en sus instalaciones, el servicio fue muy bueno y profesional. Los precios son muy competitivos, y los dos autos que rentamos estaban en muy buenas condiciones. El proceso de entrega, también fue rápido y expedito. Sin duda les rentaría a ellos cuando viaje de nuevo a México.

Cumplio las espectativas...
Se realizo la renta de un modelo en el aeropuerto y al llegar ya no estaba disponible y nos dieron uno mayor gama sin costo adicional. El vehículo tenia detalles estéticos y pero se tomaron fotos para que quedara registrado. La entrega fue rápida.

We get what we need
The car we were given was functional and met what we requested; however, the car had several exterior cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, and paint damage) that are not noticeable if the photos are not taken properly. For this reason, I recommend taking your own photos with your cellphone, making sure the damage is clearly visible, to avoid discrepancies. I liked that they honored the price given in the quote, but what I didn’t like is that they tried to charge me an additional ‘insurance’ for windows and tires, when this should already be included in the insurance one is already purchasing.

They were there on time to pick me up…
They were there on time to pick me up and that was great.
But I booked my car 3 months in Advance and when I got to the desk the car was not ready and they were still washing it. I had to wait 40 min to get a car.
