India Immigration Arvostelua 

They didnt allow my 6 year son to fly with us because he didnt have his old expired US passport but we did submited the digital copy. We told the officer we will get the new visa since we have new Us citizen passport but still no help. They will not stamp the expired passport they just want to take a look. He is us citizen and have the visa for 5 years still. My boy cryed a lot so do his mother. My trip without him is worthless. Last time i went got stuck because of covid.

No proper system for foreigners. Only 2 counters open that also they allowed some unqueue passengers to cut in. Plus the ground staff gave wrong direction to queue, then we were asked to requeue at other counter. Such a big space, should have more counter for foreigners.

Very accommodating and respond as soon as they can

I will be traveling to India soon and as a Ukrainian citizen a Visa is required for entry.
Thanks to the India Immigration team I managed to get my Visa in a blink of an eye, the process was smooth from the first contact.
The team is reliable, rapid and reactive.
