They fraudulently charge my card $39.99 monthly, as a membership that I never signed up for. Reading other reviews, show that this is likely their scam. Seems as if you purchase anything from their website, you will automatically be charged every month without your consent. I see they also respond to your bad review, claiming, that it states clearly when you are checking out that you are approving a membership. That is also false. I would like to see the proof & exact location where I signed up for a membership. Because that is a LIE. If hundreds of people are saying this company scammed them in the exact same manner, no amount of denying these accusations should save their reputation.

This company is a sham. They provide an email address and a phone number for Customer Service but they do not contact you in return for your contact to them. I have emailed them and called multiple times and have received. No contact in return. They do not make it clear that they are signing you up for a “membership“ and then the next month you get a $30 charge cancellation of the membership is easy but they just do not tell you that you’ve been signed up for a membership and they do not contact you ahead of the membership charge.

Unauthorized $29.99 membership that is impossible to cancel
I bought 2 items from them back in March. The quality was bad, but they were relatively cheap so ok. However, when I purchased these two items, there was no mention of a $29.99 subscription anywhere during checkout. 2 months later, I get a notification at midnight about a charge I do not recognize. I check my account and there was another one in April.
When logging in their website, my single purchase entry has no membership mention and there is no way to cancel the membership in their website anyway. Do not buy from these scammers.
Now I have to cancel my card.

Their return policy requires you to contact them within 10 days of delivery so I did contact them within 3 days of delivery over a defective device (a bad microSD card). They asked for proof so I sent them a screen recording of the device failing to accept a document transfer and a screenshot of the pictures that it ruined.
When I transferred my photos to their cheap SD card, it made all the images black and white stripes or pink and green stripes or just solid gray or black squares. I sent the screenshot of these corrupted photos.
When I tried to transfer text documents to their cheap SD card, the SD card would not even accept the transfer. I sent a screen recording of this happening.
Then they rejected my return/refund and provided no reason or excuse for doing so.
I don't believe that there is a real person named briar at their email address and it is an AI bot because it will not have a normal conversation or explain anything and just repeats the same old generic script.
Plus when you call their phone number it is another AI bot recording that hangs up on you.

It took over 2 months to receive 2…
It took over 2 months to receive 2 wands, customer service was slow and really poor. Now I found that they have been billing my credit card $29.99 monthly without my approval or authorization. I never signed up for a subscription or monthly plan, I feel this company fraudulently has been stealing from me for 4 months, I have received no products, no email confirmations and or response from support.
The wands also don’t work, 1 was broken and the other did not work to how it was marketed and broke after a few uses. I do not recommend purchasing their products or buying anything from this company! They are a scam!

Much like other reviews this company is trash
Much like other reviews, ordered well before Christmas, didn’t arrive until well after Christmas. One of the two Wands has worked ONE time, the other wand the button doesn’t even press. Completely useless and disappointing. On top of these wands being nothing more than paper weights, they have billed me $29.99/month since December without my approval. I went through my order and nowhere does it say anything about monthly charges. I have received zero communication about a subscription. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If it weren’t for them scamming me out of $120 I wouldn’t have even written a review, food for thought thieves.
