Impera Italia™ Arvostelua

Great Experience , Quality Training . Highly Recommend!

Great place to start a new journey. Quality training. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn a new skill, whether it’s for art, learning something new, or creating another source of income. The course content was very educational, and the starter kit of materials and tools made it a great first experience with Venetian plaster. Dimitri’s communication was also top-notch, helping me every step of the way.
Thank you Impera Italia.

What a fabulous company to deal with. I ordered a sample 1st which came super quick. Then I placed my order. I missed something off the order. 9:00am Italia called to confirm. Order dispatched the same day. I requested to send back a brush, again the customer service was exceptional. The paint effect is stunning. Highly recommended.

I’d like to start by what an amazing experience. From the very start of entering the Impera Italia showroom shop and then being welcomed by Dimitri was so professional easy. This guy knows stuff. He made the whole group feel at ease and his aura shines like a star.i found the course he teaches overwhelming and walk away very happy and confident to carry on in this field.
From start to finish, this is a must for anyone entering into the wonderful world of Venetian plastering.
I’d like to thank Dimitri and the rest of the team for my experience and wish you all the best in the future.

Great experience with Impera Italia.
The course was professional, clear, and very practical. I learned valuable techniques and felt fully supported throughout.
Amazing team, great guidance — highly recommend.

I completed the two-day Venetian plaster course at Impera Italia and I have to say, I’m genuinely impressed. The whole experience was better than I expected, and a big part of that was down to our tutor, Dimitri. He was extremely professional, patient, and really knew how to break things down so everyone could follow along. You could see he enjoyed teaching and wanted us to get the techniques right.

What I liked the most was how straightforward and genuine the whole training was. They didn’t complicate anything. They gave us all the materials we needed right there on the spot, and even provided extra samples for us to take home so we could keep practising on our own. That meant a lot because it showed they actually care about our progress, not just getting us through the course.

I walked in curious and walked out with real confidence to start using Venetian plaster in my own work. The service, the teaching, and the overall atmosphere were excellent. I definitely recommend this course, especially if you’re taught by Dimitri.

I m very happy with all this products
Im working with this company from 2012 and I’m very satisfied

Very friendly and great staff very helpful and amazing service definitely recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of attending the Venetian plastering course at the Imperia Italia shop, and I couldn't be more impressed. This review is a testament to the exceptional quality of the experience.
From the moment the course began, Robert's deep-rooted knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent. He didn't just teach the techniques; he explained the "why" behind each step, providing valuable insights into the materials, preparation, and application processes. His instruction was clear, patient, and incredibly thorough, making even the more complex aspects of Venetian plastering easy to understand and replicate.
What truly sets Robert apart, however, is his genuine passion for the craft. His enthusiasm is infectious and his dedication to the art form shines through in every demonstration. It's clear that this isn't just a job for him—it's a vocation. This passion creates an inspiring learning environment and motivates you to perfect your own skills.
The Imperia Italia shop itself is also top-notch. The quality of the materials provided for the course was excellent, and the space was well-equipped and professional. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and conducive to learning.
I am extremely pleased with the knowledge I gained and the skills I developed under Robert's guidance. I highly recommend his course to anyone looking to learn the art of Venetian plastering. It's a truly rewarding experience, thanks to a masterful instructor and a fantastic shop.

recently attended the microcement training course at Imperia Italia and I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience. The trainer explained everything with great passion and professionalism, going into detail for every single product and ensuring that all our questions were answered. His teaching style was clear, patient, and very practical, which made it easy to understand and apply the techniques.

The customer service team was also excellent – very knowledgeable, welcoming, and always ready to provide additional explanations when needed. You can really see that they are not only well-trained, but also genuinely passionate about what they do.

Overall, I highly recommend Imperia Italia to anyone who wants to gain in-depth knowledge and practical skills in microcement. It was an outstanding course and a truly positive experience.

I attended few courses there and i can say that i am quite happy with the outcome. The guy who is conducting the courses is explaining everything carefully and he is making sure everyone leaves with all questions being answered. However i am taking one star away because of the fact one of the admin girls lied to me about a discount i was meant to receive. She said i have been taking that discount for all my past purchases buying online when clearly that wasn’t the case. I double checked the facts with their colleague Sebastian and he made sure everything is corrected and added credit to my account! Good man!!

Completed a one-to-one stucco veneziano 1 day bespoke course yesterday.

Have already completed a 5-day beginners course at another company, but wanted to focus on one specific finish. Was recommended to Impera Italia by a fellow tradesman.

Oliwia (in sales) was friendly, professional and went out of her way to help and advise on the best course to suit my needs. They have set courses but also do bespoke courses too. She was also able to get me booked in for the following week, which was a real bonus.

When i arrived Dmitrij (course teacher) took the time to find out a little about what I wanted to achieve from the course and go through what we would be learning.
He was knowledgeable and patient and took me through everything step by step. (I was also provided with lunch at a local Italian restaurant which was delicious😊). I now feel confident to take on projects for clients which I wasn't before.

On completion of the course I received my certificate and a goody bag with colour charts and sample products which was a nice touch.

The whole experience from beginning to end felt very professional with exceptional customer service and aftercare. I really felt their passion for what they do and desire to help those wanting to learn.

They also sell every tool and product you could possibly want to complete any project.

I hope the details in this review help others make an informed decision and highly recommend Imperia Italia to anyone from hobbyists to those serious about learning the skills to apply these amazing products and finishes.

Absolutely fantastic. The paint is gorgeous, easy to apply and the effect is beautiful. The amount of compliments I’ve had is incredible. I have used the Gimcyn luxury diamond bundle with 2 lots of glitter in which is in my living room. I have just received my second order of Gimcyn Luxury bundle in Petalite, which is being used in my hall, stairs and landing. I’m looking forward to the end result. Thank you 🙏🏽

Really enjoyed the 3 day Venetian plastering course. Robert is a great teacher! Highly recommend.

What an amazing course. Robert is so knowledgeable and more than happy to share his experience with us all. Teaching skills were great.
I would 💯 recommend this course.

Venetian plastering course for beginners was an amazing experience for me, still excited to follow up the techniques we learned at the course. I never did any plastering before, and I was very lucky with this course and our instructor Dmitriy who was patiently was showing how properly use tools, how correctly to apply, and stretch and burnish, how to be very attentive to the little details, so basically so many things, so much patience with me especially 😀 so I’m very grateful for that to Dmitriy. It was fun and pleasure to practice with you for 3 days !

I had a microcement course with Dmitry. Really enjoyed it — he was very patient, no-nonsense, knowledgeable, super helpful and ensured we all understood what to do. I really appreciated the sample materials everyone got at the end of the day and a free lunch in a nice cafe.

Our trainer. Very straightforward .
Never mind to get back for any of us on explaining again and again.
Exactly what I expected from this training session.
Also thinking about coming back for more.
