Not straightforward
I was on a phone with a representative of the company where I clearly requested that my subscription should be cancelled a couple of months ago, low and behold I just got paid now and they have taken money out again without my consent or knowledge. They've been doing this for months complete scammers stay clear and if anyone sees, I want my subscription cancelled asap, I also want a refund for the last payment from today.

They responded and did what I needed, we're very prompt too. Good support team at least

It is the biggest fraud in the name of noble cause. I created the account on this plate form for my son and due to my own efforts around 10 lac rs was collected but Impactguru didn’t give a single penny to me and deducted around 4 lac I name of platform free and around 4.5 in name of compaing.
So almost all the money they snatched from my account.
Mr. Harpreet Brar and Yash Agarwal are the main culprit and big fraudulent people in Impactguru.
I am battling to return my money and will do so either through legal or other route.

Two years ago I made a donation on the ImpactGuru website and was subsequently besieged by their disturbing ads seeking additional donations. Finally months later and after repeated and frustrating contacts with ImpactGuru - the ads stopped. Then just days ago they resumed again. After contacting them several times, I was told to take on the responsibility for working with Google to resolve the issue. Huh?? To be fair, I believe their cause is noble and just in helping people who are facing difficulties. That's why I donated. I don't write this review out of spite but in the hope they will be more responsible to those who are actually helping the less fortunate.
