This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an online donation platform.⛔️❌⛔️🆘

To date, Impact Group has stolen £123.95 from my personal account without permission❌⛔️🚨🆘

After making what I believed was a one-time donation, I discovered that money continued to be taken from my bank account. Even after trying to stop the payments, I experienced further charges..

Based on my personal experience, I have completely lost trust in this company. I strongly urge everyone to read the terms carefully, monitor their bank statements, and be extremely cautious before providing any payment details.

I would never recommend this company to anyone.🆘❌🆘❌

After donating one time approximately 2 years ago they have been contacting me non-stop to donate again.
I have attempted to unsubscribe from their emails multiple times but I continue to receive them. They use numbers from other donors to call me from, and have used my number to phone multiple people (I have received many disgruntled phone calls from people explaining this.)

When I spoke to someone over the phone to stop contacting me- the person was extremely unprofessional and tried to convince me to ‘donate once more and then we will remove you from our servers’ and then tried to guilt me into a donation.

Please consider donating elsewhere

They are a complete scam! Their website says zero platform fee and easy disbursal of funds..all these are blatant lies. They deduct so much money for unwanted reasons and whatever is left they create roadblocks in disbursal so the money never reaches the patient and their family easily.

Please avoid this platform at any cost.

My experience with impact guru was good as the provided me funds in need and they also guided me throughout the campaign they provided me with all the content to share on all the social media platforms my father is discharged now and he is in recovery thanks impact guru

I have been donating on ImpactGuru since past 3yrs now. whatever and whenever I donate I get to know for whom it has been utilised on their app. I would recommend everyone who are in need of emergency medical funds do contact them.

SCAM DO NOT DONATE!!!! Better off going to MATW OR ISLAMIC RELIEF.

Very disappointing experience with Impact Guru. What should be a noble profession of helping people in need instead feels like taking advantage of innocent people during difficult times. Poor service, lack of support, and unprofessional handling made the entire process stressful. People trust such platforms in emergencies, and that trust should not be misused.

I strongly feel that ImpactGuru is making money from people who are already going through extremely difficult situations. While no service is completely free, the charges and commissions taken from fundraisers seem unfair, especially when the campaigns are created for medical emergencies or financial crises.

The people raising funds are often desperate and emotionally vulnerable, but instead of fully supporting them, the platform appears more focused on earning revenue. A large portion of the donated money gets deducted through various fees, which reduces the actual help reaching the needy.

Crowdfunding should be more transparent and compassionate, especially when dealing with poor families and critical medical situations.

This platform is nothing short of a scam disguised as “help.” They emotionally manipulate people during the worst phases of their lives, make fake assurances to gain trust, and the moment campaigns start performing well, their true colours come out. Every single interaction is filled with lies, scripted responses, false commitments, and deliberate stalling tactics.

Trying to withdraw funds feels like begging for your own money back. They suddenly invent endless verification requirements, ask for ridiculous documentation, delay responses for days, and do everything possible to hold the money hostage. It honestly feels like the entire process is intentionally designed to frustrate people into giving up.

Their app is absolute garbage — buggy, unreliable, and painfully badly managed — but what’s even worse is the behaviour of their employees. Zero professionalism, zero accountability, zero humanity. Just empty promises and pathetic customer handling from start to finish.

People come to platforms like this in moments of desperation expecting support, but instead get trapped in an exhausting cycle of manipulation and incompetence. Avoid this platform at all costs.

I donated once and they keep calling to donate again. Even if you say you cannot, they try to ask "why not" in a very rude and aggressive manner

The service they provide is excellent. Quick process with minimal documents. They make a effective strategy which helps us to raise more funds. When it comes to trust they maintain 100% transperancy. Available even in odd time without any hurdle. Very supportive and helpful team.

We raised funds for my friend Naveen for kidney transplant and we successfully raised with the help of Impactguru person. Great great service they provided when we need at most in need. and all of my colleagues claimed 80g tax benefits very smoothly.
