The ladies at Imagine Living are truly wonderful. Proactive, patient and really really helpful. I do not have sufficient words to praise Namitha, Justina and Sosi all of whom went out of their way to answer my questions, arrange multiple viewings and keep me informed at every stage of the process. Imagine living was excellent - they held my hand through the renting process. It made what was complicated so easy and stress free. They gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. Justina was fantastic and provided excellent customer service that was far and above what I expected.

My only critique was I had to call them when I didn’t hear back but they were fantastic and getting back to me to explaining why there was a delay.

Great agents, keep up the good work.

Sosi is great! Probably fair to say she's one of the best people to show you around a house. I felt very well informed by the whole team and was a positive experience.

We can truly say we have had an exceptional experience with Imagine Living, in particular with Sosi Ross & Melanie Pratt. They have both made the process of buying our first home feel like a personal one and having interacted with other teams we realise they are sky high above the norm. With their personal and relational approach, we have never just felt like numbers. Nothing has been too much for them, we feel they genuinely cared about us and their communication has always been outstanding.
When aspects of our purchase became challenging, through no fault of theirs, they were the encouraging voices that kept us going. They both went out of their way to help make this happen for us, so we can't thank them enough! Great team, thank you - we would give 10 Stars if we could !!!
