Moving is very rarely a stress-free…
Moving is very rarely a stress-free experience, unless Justina is your estate agent!
I was enquiring about some properties that had become available in Atrium Point. Justina was always so wise, insightful and kind (this cannot be understated) at every juncture of the process that it felt like a breeze. To applying to view, to the viewings themselves, to putting in interest - Justina was always such a reassuring presence.
I think we all want to find a house that we can see become a home, and it's amazing people like Justina that make that path so much easier. Thank you, Justina!

Many thanks to Sosi Ross
I would like to say a huge Thank You to Sosi Ross for her patience and competence in guiding me through the process of finding and buying a place I hope to call home. I was not an easy customer and it was largely due to Sosi's patience and understanding that we've reached a happy ending. I was very impressed by Sosi's skills and 'can do' attitude, nothing seem to be too much trouble for her. Sosi is a huge asset to Imaginne Living, I have no doubt that I would not have been able to continue with the process if it wasn't for Sosi's patience. Thank you again and all the very best for the future.

There's good experience, there's great experience... and then there's Sosi (and the rest of the Imagine Living team)!
As many other reviewers here, I've been in the process of purchasing my first home in London and no matter how much people around me talked about the bureaucratic chaos that is juggling all these different stakeholders over such a long period of time, nothing could prepare me for the actual experience... and all the issues - big and small! - that could/would eventually turn up.
Luckily, the person in charge of a property I really liked (a shared ownership new built) turned out to be the best real-estate agent ever - Sosi had my back since Day 1 and the first call we had, updating me regularly, reaching out when she felt I was stressed, offering advice when she thought it could help, being super responsive and kind ... all the while making sure that, wherever possible, she'd remove any obstacle in our way.
Nina and Justina deserve a special shout out as well, because if it weren't for their quick responses, flexibility and can-do attitude, I would probably not be able to enjoy the comfort of a new home before this holiday season.
Massive thanks to the super trio and I highly recommend Imagine Living - it's been a pleasure working with you!

Smooth and Stress-Free Experience
I had a fantastic experience with Imagine Living, thanks to Justina. From our very first conversation to arrange viewings, I knew it was going to be a smooth process. With over 20 years in customer service myself, I can tell when someone really knows how to deliver great service, and Justina certainly did.
She made everything so easy—any little issues that could have popped up were quickly handled with her prompt responses. She always made sure to call and check in, making me feel truly looked after. Despite being super busy, she still found the time to answer any questions and make sure everything was running smoothly. Justina was not only professional but also genuinely friendly and kind. Thank you for making the whole process stress-free!

Sosi and her colleagues very very helpful and always on call
If you managed to have Sosi on your side when purchasing a property, well count yourself lucky as she is absolutely brilliant with no delays messaging and sometimes we had queries at 11pm on a Saturday and she would take the time to send back a lengthy reply, we honestly would not have bought the property without her so beyond happy.
The whole process albeit a bit lengthy but was done seamlessly with the help from Sosi and her colleagues and really puts to shame other property agents we have dealt with in the past as she really listens to your personal needs and circumstances
Highly recommend
