Imagine Living Arvostelua

I have had the pleasure of working with Malvika and Justina at Imagine Living. They have been very kind and supportive. Malvika has really advocated for me and helped me at all times. She is an amazing person and asset to the team at Imagine Living. I am very thankful for the experience.

The experience I have had with the purchase of our first home under the shared ownership scheme was made to feel easy and seamless. Sosi and her colleague Justina made me feel welcome and was always at hand to help and provide advice. They pushed along the exchange and completion by chasing the solicitor and prompting me which push over the line.

Also I've got to mention that the advice to use Town and country planning for mortgage application was excellent and in turn we had our approval expedited.

Thank you for all your help.

Justina the agent was extremely helpful and professional during our rental process. She responds quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We are very grateful for her support in helping us secure the property.

Sosi and Monique have both supported me throughout my application for a 2 bed flat. Sosi was absolutely incredible and professional with the apartment viewings, I felt incredibly comfortable and well looked after! Monique was always incredible and polite with communication and ensuring things were made clear to me. Would highly
recommend to family and friends.

Monique has been, hands down, the best support I've ever had. She kept everything moving and kept me in the loop, so I never had to wonder what was happening next, from coordinating with the HA and finding the perfect home to chasing void works.

She answered every question with patience and warmth. The kind of support where you actually feel like someone genuinely cares.

A special call out to Justina as well, who was amazing in coordinating the viewing and the move in. Thanks to her, everything on the day went smoothly and exactly to plan.

I picked up my keys yesterday, and I'm writing this review because I want to, not because I was asked. That alone should say it all.

If Monique is handling your case, you're in the best hands you could hope for.

Thank you, Monique, Justina, and the whole Imagine Living team. You turned what could have been a stressful experience into an absolute joy.

Imagine Living provides excellent service from start to finish. The team was progressional and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process especially Monique. Sosi has truly been a godsend throughout this process. From day one, she has been understanding, caring, and exceptionally supportive. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was running smoothly, even responding reassuringly when I reached out in moments of panic at inconvenient times. She has been an absolute rock, and we genuinely could not have asked for better support.

Sosi and Nina kept us well informed at every stage, answered all of our questions promptly, and made what is often a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care really stood out, and we felt supported every step of the way.

A big thank you also to Nina and the team who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Having worked with several estate agents over the years, we can confidently say Imagine Living is the best we've encountered. They genuinely care about their clients and it shines through in their service.

Thank you Imagine Living for making our experience so special.

Imagine living team is very communicative, precised, professional, helpful supportive and nice.

Words can't describe how grateful am I to have pleasure meeting in person Justyna and being looked after by Malvika and Monique.

Thank you kindly.

I highly recommend entire company and team.

I am surprised I haven’t done this…I had a lovely experience throughout my moving into Atrium Point with the help of Justina. She was helpful, amazing and helped me every step of the journey. Excellent communication process and I am enjoying my stay at the Atrium point. Thanks again Justina.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with three outstanding agents — Monique, Justina, and Malvika — and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of superb.

Monique was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire application process. She took the time to clearly explain every step, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable and informed at every stage. Her calm and reassuring approach made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Justina was equally wonderful during the property viewing. She was very warm, friendly, and professional, and she made me feel completely at ease while showing me and my wife around. Her positive attitude and in-depth knowledge of the property were greatly appreciated.

Malvika, like Monique, was excellent in responding to all my queries with patience and care. No matter how many questions I had, she remained attentive and responsive, always providing the information I needed in a timely and helpful manner.

Overall, this team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, warmth, and dedication. I’m truly grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and caring housing agents. Thank you, Monique, Justina, and Malvika!

This is also mentioning Sosi who i related with at the beginning of the project. God bless your kind heart and help in connecting me with the team of Monique, Justina amd Malvika. You are all 🌟

Sosi has been absolutely amazing! From the moment I spoke with her on the phone to when we met in person, she has been nothing but relatable, attentive, providing the information I needed with no fuss and showed a level of customer care that I can confidently say is rare nowadays.
Sosi will be an asset to any business and I hope her employer gives her the recognition she deserves.

I am delighted to share my exceptional experience with Imagine Living. From start to finish, the process of finding and securing a property was seamless and incredibly professional. A huge thank you to Malvika, Monique, and Justina, who were all instrumental in making this happen. Their dedication, clear communication, and extensive knowledge truly stood out. They listened attentively to my needs and presented suitable options efficiently. It's rare to find such a supportive and proactive team in property, and I highly recommend Imagine Living to anyone looking for a reliable and outstanding service. They made what can often be a stressful process feel effortless and reassuring.

I honestly couldn't have done this without the incredible support of Sosi and Ninia at Imagine Living.

A heartfelt thank you to Sosi, who went above and beyond every step of the way. Her dedication and responsiveness—even outside of working hours—was truly exceptional. Whether it was a late-night message or a weekend call, she was always there to offer guidance and reassurance. Her commitment made a stressful process feel so much more manageable.

And an equally big thank you to Nina, whose constant support and behind-the-scenes coordination kept everything on track. She communicated seamlessly with solicitors, liaised with all the different parties involved, and handled countless details with calm efficiency and professionalism.

I’m deeply grateful to both of them. Their hard work, care, and personal attention were absolutely key in making this journey a success. If you're looking for an estate agent who truly cares, I can’t recommend Imagine Living—and especially Sosi and Ninia—highly enough.

I can't thank Imagine Living enough for their incredible support throughout the entire process—without them, it simply wouldn't have been possible. A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Sosi, who truly goes above and beyond. She was always available to take calls or respond to messages, even outside of regular working hours. Her dedication, professionalism, and personal touch made a world of difference.

I’d also like to give a big thank you to Ninia for her continuous support and exceptional coordination. She managed communication between solicitors and liaised with all parties involved, ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. Her calm, proactive approach and attention to detail were invaluable during a very busy and sometimes stressful process.

Imagine Living is the reason everything came together so smoothly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and committed estate agent.

It’s extremely refreshing to actually have a positive experience with agents when looking for a new home.

The reason I say that is that when enquiring, Sosi immediately reached out to have a discussion on what the plan was. No selling, no suggestions, no pressure. And when we eventually came for an appointment, Sosi was extremely helpful in not only providing a solution, but helping us troubleshoot with the context of our plans in mind.

Since that point Sosi has been incredible in terms of providing updates, working through obstacles and overall providing a world class buying experience. Hands down the hardest working agent I’ve worked with and couldn’t recommend imagine living enough, and in particular Sosi (who I can see has also been mentioned by a few other reviewers!)

I had such a smooth and reassuring experience with Imagine Living, all thanks to Justina. From the very beginning of the moving process, she was genuinely exceptional - always ready to answer any questions I had, no matter how small, and she handled everything with such care and attention. She made me feel completely at ease, like I had someone in my corner the whole way through. Honestly, it felt like having a big sister looking out for me, making sure I’d be comfortable and settled. She’s warm, welcoming, and super attentive, and I felt really secure knowing I could reach out anytime. I’m so pleased with the whole experience and just want to say a huge thank you to Justina for being amazing!

Sosi has been amazing from the start to the end of my entire purchase journey, even checking in after completion. Even when, Nina took over, both of them were very involved and went above and beyond to help out, keeping me updated along the way.

Every step of the process has been great I could not thank Justina enough ! She was always available and willing to sort out any query or doubt,I felt very supported and in good hands during the whole process.
She informed me of everything ,step and stage , what made me feel very confident .
