I.L.V.E. Arvostelua 60

Mijn moeder van 82 heeft 2 jaar geleden een elektrisch fornuis van Ilve gekocht, 3995,- euro. Na 1 reparatie ging het een tijdje goed. Het 2e defect, de kookplaat werkte niet meer, koste 1600,-. Hun servicemonteur adviseerde om maar een nieuwe te kopen want na 2 jaar geen garantie. Dat heeft ze inmiddels gedaan, maar geen Ilve! Ik vind dit onacceptabel. Waar haal je je recht als dit gebeurt. Koop dit niet, je krijgt spijt, zie ook alle andere recensies! Ilve: wanneer u dit leest, zet een telefoonnummer in de reactie, het zou netjes zijn als dit wordt opgelost!

Sono alla quinta riparazione in sette anni, per un blocco cottura con microonde da 5.000€. Ilve ha coperto con garanzia solo il primo intervento. Tutto il resto a carico mio, con la ditta esterna di riparazioni delegata (Ilve non ha assistenza ) che fa il buono e cattivo tempo. Semplicemente schifo.

Sto leggendo tantissime recensioni negative sulle cucine Ilve, ebbene, io posso raccontare la mia esperienza, ho una cucina Ilve a gas 4 fuochi più piastra elettrica e forno a gas da 80 cm, la acquistai 41 anni fa, ben 41 anni fa ed è perfettamente funzionante per me è stata un'esperienza fantastica avere una cucina a gas della Ilve, non ho mai dovuto fare manutenzione in 40 anni se non cambiare il tubo del gas come per legge, l'unico problema che ieri mi si è rotto lo sportello del forno,non il vetro ma tutto il montante che regge il vetro, l'intero sportello per intenderci,quindi adesso sono un tantino disperata perché non so se riuscirò a trovarlo e comunque non so se ne varrà la pena per il costo visto quanto costano ora le cucine Ilve e la mia ha 41 anni però, detto ciò, racconto la mia esperienza solo per dire che io ce l'ho da 41 anni ed è perfetta l'acciaio è rimasto intatto, gli spargifiamma sono come nuovi, le griglie sopra gli spargifiamma lucidissime, è vero che dipende tanto da come tieni le cose e io devo dire che ne ho avuto cura....dopo 41 anni il forno funziona perfettamente i fuochi funzionano perfettamente faccio delle torte nel forno che vengono uno spettacolo e la mia esperienza può essere solo positivissima, voto 10 se potessi dare 100.000 lo darei perché non ha eguali,41 anni
e ho cucinato tantissimo. Temo che ora dovrò abbandonarla e dispiace piange il cuore perché buttare via una cosa che comunque funziona e di questo livello,piange veramente il cuore.

I have been waiting 14 months for Ilve to find a service provider for my range. I don't live in a big city, so service is nonexistent. My burners spark randomly when they're turned off, the burners go out while cooking, the oven temperatures aren't even close to what they should be, and it takes FOREVER for the oven to get to temperature. Their service department is worse than useless. They make promises they can't and don't keep. I'm wondering if I have any recourse if they can't keep their warranty guarantees.

We Purchased the ILVE from Inkas SRL in Pescara at the end of 2023 It is the 120 cm M127DNE3/MGG along with the matching (Not really) Hood. ( The hood doesnt actually match if you choose a different finish on the knobs. Together they cost over 14,000 euros. I would not pay a portion of that for them. The construction is horrible the inside grates bend almost to the point of collapse when you put a large enameled pan into the larger side. The smaller side almost doesn't heat up at all or at least so slowly it is quite useless. The Burners are so hot that it is almost impossibel to simmer anything and if you have them turned down as far as they go they are more likely than not to go out. Totally useless and not worth they money at all. Get something else is my advice.

I purchased a Nostagia range in 2021. The igniter failed to light the lower oven. ILVE sent me two igniters, both not the right one in spite of the fact I was able to supply them with my model number, serial number and any and all info necessary to identify my stove. So, I have $4,000 oven that needs a $11. part they will not/ cannot supply me. I have been without an oven for 2 1/2 month

Excellent boiler service! Installation was smooth, and everything works perfectly.

less than a year and it has completely stopped working 2 times. customer service is at at least a week, minimum to even get someone to look at it. JUNK. DO NOT BUY.

I have a 48" Magestic Range. Purchased 2021. The smaller oven did not work upon installation. The fan ran, but would not heat. It took 4 months to schedule a technician. The small oven worked when he left, but stopped working a day later. The warranty company went out of business. I currently have a beautiful unit, with the smaller oven being storage only. 4 or 5 times, we are not able to change the temperature of the oven, or turn it off, so we have to turn it off at the breaker. Be aware that is has a fan to cool the electronics panel. It is very, very loud, we can hear it running in every room of our large home, so you can imagine what is like in the kitchen and dining room. Once it turns off, which takes at least 15 minutes after you turn the oven off, we sigh with relief getting our quiet back.

Ultimamente x un guasto ho avuto modo di confrontarmi con un tecnico della società.
Scrupoloso nell' esaminare il problema e veloce nel risolverlo.

Forno ILVE OV601NL3/MGG- Ho acquistato questo forno spendendo 1300 Euro, pensando di avere un prodotto di qualità, il mio vecchio forno era un Ilve che ha lavorato egregiamente per 36 anni,purtroppo ho riscontrato da subito diversi problemi: praticamente il display dei comandi principali non si illumina e quindi sono costretto ad andare per intuizione e fortuna, per fare tutte quelle operazioni principali che un forno dovrebbe fare,dal farlo partire a regolare la temperatura ,accendere la luce interna,o programmare il tempo di spegnimento ecc,ecc.
Il problema è che anche sostituendo la scheda interna (cosa che l'azienda sostituirà) il risultato non cambierebbe visto che è una dimenticanza del progettista, cioè in poche parole si sono dimenticati di far accendere il display. Non so chi mi legge ma io sono oltre che deluso dall'azienda, allibito, mi chiedo con che coraggio sapendo del problema continuino a venderlo,ma soprattutto parlando direttamente con l'azienda non hanno nessuna soluzione al problema.
Se avete idea di comprare questo modello di forno vi conviene pensarci bene.
