Accueil téléphonique top, tenues superbes, finitions parfaites, expédition top. Les costumes sont du plus bel effet et d'excellente qualité. Sommes clientes depuis longtemps et toujours aussi satisfaites. Cette année peu de commande car nous récupérons les costumes qui n'ont pas servis puisque nos spectacles ont été annulé pour cause de covid mais reviendrons vers vous si nécessaire sans hésitation.

Pagamos 112€ extra por el envío (pedido inferior a 150€)
Pagamos más dinero de tasas y despacho de aduanas que de pedido (inferior a 150€).
Si pides desde fuera de UK vas a pagar más de tasas que de pedido (112€ en nuestro caso para una compra de 90€) e IDS se va a desentender como bien pone en sus condiciones de compra.
El pedido te va a salir a más del doble, cuenta con ello antes de realizar tu compra. Si decides no recibirlo, en caso de que el trámite de la devolución del paquete genere gastos en la oficina de aduanas local, estos se descontarán de la devolución. Total, sin artículos y perdiendo dinero.

En el momento de la compra, aparece un anuncio en la parte izquierda de la pantalla: "Si su dirección de entrega está fuera del Reino Unido, es posible que tenga que pagar derechos e impuestos de importación, que se cobran una vez que el envío ha llegado a su país. A partir del 1 de enero de 2021, estos derechos e impuestos se aplican también a los países de la UE. Deberá pagar tasas adicionales por el despacho de aduanas o la documentación adicional. Como las políticas aduaneras varían considerablemente de un país a otro, le recomendamos que se ponga en contacto con su oficina local de aduanas para obtener más información."
Las tasas son fijadas por cada país de forma independiente y no tenemos ningún control sobre ellas. Los gastos de aduana incluyen el IVA, así como una tasa de desembolso y de importación (esta última para cualquier pedido superior a 150 libras). El transportista no procederá a la entrega hasta que no se hayan pagado los derechos de aduana exigidos por el gobierno espania. En caso de no pagar las tasas, la aduana nos devolverá el paquete, que trataremos como una devolución.
Una vez más, le invitamos a que se ponga en contacto con su oficina local de aduanas si quiere consultar el importe cobrado.

Compre vestuario en la pagina web de Dacnce Direct y al recibir el pedido el remitente era Internacional Dance Supplies L
La pagina web aparecen anuncios diciendo que en los pedidos inferiores a 150 no hay que pagar gastos de aduana pero es mentira.
Mi pedido fue de 129,87 y DHL me exigió pagar otros 41, 85 eu mas por gastos de aduana, y aunque reclamé al vendedor no se hicieron cargo.
El problema es que el pedido se paga por adelantado y cuando lo recibes solo te queda la opción de pagar los gastos de aduana o devolver el pedido, lo que no te garantiza que se te devuelva todo el dinero o que no te descuenten los gastos de los transportes en caso de devolverte dinero.
No recomiendo comprar en esta empresa y menos ahora con el "Brexit" ya que no pertenecen a la Union Europea y los gastos de aduanas son muy caros.

Por favor tenga en cuenta que, como se explica en los términos y condiciones de nuestra página web que puede ver https://www.dancedirect.es/info-ddes-customers, en aduanas se cobran tres importes: IVA, gastos de gestión y aranceles. En caso de que un pedido el importe total sea menor de 150€, los aranceles serán gratuitos, sin embargo, el IVA y los gastos de gestión siguen siendo aplicables.
Una vez el pedido llega a aduanas, en caso de que el cliente no quiera pagar los gastos aduaneros, puede solicitar la devolución del paquete a las autoridades aduaneras, en cuyo caso, Dance Direct, una vez recibido y tramitada la devolución procederá a su reembolso, como puede leer en los términos y condiciones en el link indicado arriba. En caso de que el trámite de la devolución del paquete genere gastos en la oficina de aduanas local, estos se descontarán de la devolución, como también indicamos en dichos términos y condiciones.

IDS have a great stock of just about everything you need for your dance school. Delivery is prompt and if something is out of stock you are kept updated every step of the way. Back order is such a useful tool, making sure your needs are met every step of the way.
Very easy to deal with especially when you need to speak to an agent. The calls are answered promptly, with very helpful agents on the line to resolve any query you have. The online ordering service is great too, easy to navigate with easy payment options.

Terrible service
Terrible service. After returning an item and cancelling an order due to the item not being in stock I requested a refund. The company did not respond to my emails and have only offered me a partial refund through PayPal. My previous experience of this business has always been fantastic however after this recent experience I will never order from them again.

The only negative feedback I have is your website is so SLOW! it's very, very frustrating when browsing the different items and sizes available. I would give you a 2/10 for site speed. Is there anything planned to address this?

Thank you for the lovely review. After a prolonged absence of classes, we are seeing higher than normal levels of Dancewear purchasing . Whilst we hold over double the inventory of any other competitor, that doesn’t always mean we ourselves aren’t impacted occasionally by our own suppliers during this time. Whilst we always hope to despatch everything from stock, sometimes there can be delays. Hopefully your next order will be 100% fulfilled.

Love the costumes and customer service was good! Had to make a refund for 2 costumes. It took almost a month for the refund but I'm still happy to keep purchasing costumes with IDS. Quality is superb and worth what you're paying for. Thank you IDS.

I am sorry the reply is so delayed but i am catching up with the messages after having been furloughed. It is good to hear that you are happy with our service as we always do our best to look after our customers.
Disgusting customer service when the order was wrong!!
Disgusting customer service!!! After a ‘difficult’ order process during which no-one seemed to have any product knowledge and I was passed from pillar to post. Sent the wrong items and then Tyler who is apparently a Team Leader tried to make out they were doing me a favour when ‘resolving’ matters! Perhaps customer service need to brush up in their knowledge of the Sale of Goods and Services Act! This order caused me an inordinate amount of inconvenience and IDS were nothing but patronising.
UPDATE TO REPLY:
Thank you for your reply however it took two more long telephone calls to put this right. Further the order being wrong meant a two hour drive in my time, at my expense and my inconvenience. In addition stating that I was told not to ‘bother returning the items as it would not be worth the postage’ does not fill me with confidence as to the quality of product. The items are of no value to me if they do not fit. I was offered in compensation a £25.00 credit which is not any compensation at all and under the Sale of Goods and Services Act is not in fact compensation. I am entitled to replacement goods which you have supplied but also compensation for any loss and damages which you have not supplied.

We do of course apologise once again that you were initially sent some incorrect items however the correct ones were sent as soon as we were made aware of the issue and you received all correct items the following day, and we advised that a return of the incorrect ones is not required.
