Yrityksen kirjoittama
Icon began as a local MI store, but in recent years has been leaning toward specialising in online music merchandise and apparel. We have one of the biggest selections of officially licensed products in the UK; band tshirts, hoodies, shirts, bathrobes, gloves, beanie hats, caps, patches, badges and jewellery, textile posters, gifts and much more! And our pricing is very competitive. While we aren't promising Amazon Prime style next day lead times (we quote 4-9 days for many items), we offer something that big companies never could. We want to build long term relationships where customers feel genuinely valued and cared for. We want to share in the mutual joy of music, exchange some conversations/banter and get to know you a little! Our mission statement is "Retail with a Conscience". In a world where we are increasingly leaning toward automation and AI, which will take human contact further and further away, increasing frustrations for customers, we intend to run a distinctly human web operation where there's a person freely available to help you, without the various layers of insulation to discourage you from pursuing a query or some accountability. Icon UK is a family business and a company that cares for the people behind the orders. You're not just an order number to us, you're a person and we want to work on your behalf. We hope that you identify more with a business run by people like you, than with corporate billionaires, and that influences your decision to shop with us. We'd rather have a small core of loyal repeat customers with a mutual appreciation than trying to win all sales at any cost...

good personal service
They spotted a possible mistake I had made in ordering and instead of proceeding with the order, sent me a personal email enquiring whether I had intended the order that way. (they were right - I hadn't). Then they put things right for me. All with politeness and care. The merchandise was good quality.

Lovely review, Nigel. Thanks very much for sharing.
Excellent service
From placing my order there was excellent communication from Icon UK. Unfortunately I had delays on receiving my items but this was due to Royal mail.I contacted Tom who replied almost instantly and was willing to help. I then had check ins from Tom until my order arrived. Items I ordered were perfect and exactly what my son was after.

Thanks so much for this review and for segmenting it clearly for readers. It's in these cases I feel where businesses really show whether they're a bout actions, rather than words. I'm glad you felt taken care of in an unfortunate situation. Thanks for yur order, I'm glad it was well received.

This was my first time purchasing from Icon. The t-Shirt is soft and comfortable and just the right size. My only disappointment was I didn’t realise there was a slightly longer delivery time and didn’t manage to get the shirt before seeing Metallica. I’ll know next time to order within plenty of time 🙂

Thanks Angie, sorry to hear it didn't make it in time. We do try to make this as clear as possible, but it's good to have it pointed our here too. The last think we want is any disappointment. Thanks for thee 5*s regardless of that fact!
My icon experience
I’ve been shopping at icon music for 6 years now. Never once had a bad experience, the staff is lovely & the merch is just awesome, I’ve loved everything I’ve ever got from there, the delivery time & quality of the items is exceptionally brilliant. I will continue to shop here for all my merch/band t shirts.

Drum lessons
My husband always wanted to play the drums but never plucked up the courage. I spoke to Tom and I purchased a voucher for a block of 5 lessons. My husband absolutely loved it and proceeded to carry on for 3 years until he became unwell. Tom was so good with my husband and he was so patient. Tom has always checked in even when Ian couldn't play anymore and I recently requested if Tom could send him a video of himself playing the drums so that I could show my husband, which was no trouble. A true gent!!! His drum playing isn't too bad either lol

Great company. Highly recommend to others
I found this company online when looking for rock T-shirts and I'm glad I did. The T-shirts are really good value for money and well made. I had to return to get a bigger size (my fault) and the returns process is very simple and quick. The communication and customer service throughout the whole process was brilliant and it's nice to buy from a company that genuinely cares about their customers and their products. I will definitely buy from here again and recommend to others.
