Hi Kieron,
Thank you for your feedback, and I apologise that you feel our delivery service did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
Our standard delivery service with DPD is next working day delivery for orders placed before our 3pm cut-off time. As your order was placed after 3pm on Friday, it was dispatched on Monday, which was the next available working day. Unfortunately, due to delays within your local area, DPD were unable to deliver the parcel until the following day.
With regard to the part you mentioned, unfortunately this item is not included as standard within the kit supplied.
Once again, I apologise that we did not hit the mark for you this time. We appreciate your custom and your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.
Excellent service
Needed a pump urgently, phoned the company, spoke to a human and was assured it would arrive the next day, a Saturday. Pump arrived on time, at a competitive price, including weekend delivery charge. I had tried other companies but couldn't reach them by telephone. Excellent service.
