I ordered a rear wiper motor for my 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5. The site doesn’t support VIN lookup, so I had to rely on their catalog, which listed the wrong part (98700-NI000 instead of the correct 98700-PI000). The part doesn’t fit, and when I tried to return it unused, they refused because it’s an “electrical part.”

The mistake wasn’t mine — it was due to their incomplete catalog and lack of VIN support. Now I’m stuck with an expensive part I can’t use. If you own a newer Hyundai, double-check with a dealer before ordering here, or you risk wasting money.

Entered my VIN for the vehicle and the incorrect part came. Discarded the box and will not receive a refund box the box was discarded

The neutral safety switch for my 2013 Accent was received as advertised in new condition, with timely delivery, and at twice the price of any OEM suppliers, but I wanted an original part for my VIN number. However, once installed (same day of receipt) the part did not function correctly and my radio kept turning on and off. I re-installed the defective part, and while the car didn't shift correctly the radio worked fine leading me to assume the new part was defective out of the box. I contacted HPD .com for an RMA and was told "as the part was open and installed they cannot authorize the RMA, but I can claim the defective part against its warranty if I visit my local Hyundai dealer (and pay) for a diagnostic report for the defective part. Once I send them a copy of the diagnostic report they will replace the defective part against its warranty claim. This process seems somewhat unethical. In my case I ordered a second part from Rock Auto, at 1/2 the price, and received the same exact replacement part, installed the part and my car and radio functions fine. First, you dont know the part is defectove until you open it and install it at which time they will not authorize its return without a dealers diagnostic report. Second, why would I want to again re-install the HPD.com defective part and drive my car to the local dealer only to pay $140/hr to have them review the failure, find the fault and provide me a diagnostic report. This entire process wreaks of a big money grab by HPD.com and the local dealer just to acquire a replacement part. Also, be sure to read the HPD.com fine print as it lists all the parts that do not qualify for return. Generally speaking, it covers just about all parts. So, my hope is that you receive the part you need and can use your ESP to determine if it will work before you open the box, otherwise, dont count on any returns without additional costs, and you can forget about any credits all together.

However, the parts department representative at KIA of West Nyack was unwilling to help me get this part, while the parts department representative at Liberty KIA of Ramsey was very helpful. I attempted to advise both dealers of my experience and neither dealer cared !

They sent me the wrong part. They screwed up, and yet I had to make five calls and write three emails, and waste hours of time, all to finally find out they're not going to fix their mistake. Their RMA process is totally, 100% broken. I jumped through all their hoops (repeatedly), and they're playing games. They are clearly a shady company. I strongly suggest you avoid this website and all of Auto Parts Prime's other websites. There are more trustworthy options available.

Do not buy from this place. First order was sent incorrectly. Second order was literally shipped with a hole in the bag and completely empty..

Product was offered at a price that was a good value, delivered in a timely manner, and seems to be of good quality.

I'd give zero stars or negative!
I ordered a part that was shipped late and arrived one week later than the latest day of the delivery window.
I was out of town, the delivery went back and I was charged the shipping fees and 205 of the order.
So, instead of receiving apologies... I had to pay $40!
For nothing!
