Stay away from this app. Already cancelled membership and removed banking information. Yet they still attempt to take money from account weekly. They have been reported to financial agencies

Their customer care manager David Nill was most helpful
I did not realize where the charge had come from on my cc account
David was able to help me sleuth this out and eventually we realized that my wife had started a train period of one week
Their service was not what we needed so David cancelled our subscription cancelled any auto renewal activity and was most helpful
Their Customer Care team did a great job!!

A huge difference after the latest update
I've been using it for several months, and the latest update made a huge difference. The app feels much smoother now, and the generated images look far more realistic than before. I especially love the expanded hairstyle collection. It's easy to try different styles and even find options that suit my face shape.

I was charged an initial fee to install the app. Then, when I got the app -- they wanted to charge me to open the app. No, that's not straightforward at all! I'm going to get my bank involved and dispute the initial charge!

Actually relaxing and easy to use
A lot of apps in this category feel overcomplicated, but Hypnopixels keeps things simple in a good way. Clean design, relaxing sessions, and noticeable improvements over time. I also appreciate that support replies like real humans instead of copy-paste bots.
