I made a subscription by accident lol. Thanks to David it was easy to cancel it

This is a scam. They take your initial payment and then set-up a WEEKLY subscription for the amount of £19.99. I have contacted my bank and they have put a block on this company taking any further payments, but I am £39.98 out of pocket. I now have the hassle of going through the process of getting this money paid back into my account.

I like that this app isn't just about funny filters. One day I'm making silly dance videos with my husband and friends, and the next I'm bringing an old family photo back to life. It offers something for every mood.

So far I’m very impressed with the results after uploading some of the most ordinary selfies… The headshots it produced look like pro photos.

Had an issue with my account and contacted support. Actually I got a helpful response quite quickly and everything was sorted out. Good experience so far.

I paid and got the App for the hairstyle that was on Facebook. Paid £4.99, luckily l read some reviews where complaints of debit going off and difficult to stop. I immediately stopped any debits. Since then nearly every day £19.99 they try to take off. I also am unable to log in to my account.
3 times l have contacted Support and apart from Reference number nothing has happened.

I did not install the app. I saw a commercial and that's it. I was charged $19.99 and only realized that from an email. When I brought this to their attention, I was offered a 50% refund. I bet they make tons of money doing this.

So far, I just started and downloaded the Hypnopixels app, because it looks fun and very engaging. I rate 5 stars. Will see how it’s going in a month

I think these people in Indonesia are completely taking advantage of us. I signed up, for a $5 fee, to get a haircut and have ideas. Then I get a notice from apple that they charged me $19.99 a week later. I googled on what this is.

Please stop I beg you!! Stop charging people every week, not month but week for $19.99!!! You can’t even click a button to cancel. It is sooo shady! In Indonesia, $20 a week is like a millionaire’s income.

I had some concerns when using the app for the first time, however, it was just a matter of time before I learned how to use the app. If you upload a good-quality photo, the result will also be ok.

David was very quick to reply to my email. Luckily my subscription issue was fixed 🙏

The quality of pics are way better than similar apps and the filters look modern and trendy.
