Wish my son read these reviews before purchasing. Tried to ask for a refund the next day after realising it was digital prints, but emails never delivered and the contact us on the website goes straight to error message. Scam site. My son learnt a lesson in not believing their own ratings, always cross reference!! 0/5

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!
My son ordered some posters from these in February and has received nothing. They claim to have a 4.9 rating on here but that's obviously a lie, told my son to be more careful in future, don't think he'll get the money back now 😡

Reporting the same problems as others, and really kicking myself for not doing some more digging first. Unable to print a download (with the site not clear you were buying a digital product). Refund policy states will accept files which have not been accessed, but all contact email bounce back and realise from reading other reviews that unlikely to secure a refund. Will explore where to report this, but avoid!!

To be fair, the posters were downloads which my lad was unaware of, but we got them printed and they were good.
However the 1 star review is to warn people that my lads card details were used to setup a subscription to A N Other website, total of £130 taken but claimed back from the bank who have sorted it. If you have bought from here, go through your statements and check for dodgy transactions!!!

As per other reviews . You are buying a digital download. I’ve tried to email to complain however email just gets returned . No other way to contact them . No mention on the website that these are downloads and not actual posters

Don't order here, you pay for downloads with AI upscaled sh*t quality

Do not buy anything from here. £35 down for downloads. It does not say anywhere they are downloads and if it does it’s hidden.
Their customer service email does not work. Reported to my bank to help retrieve my funds and reported to Action Fraud.

Appalling. A total scam. My son spent ages choosing posters for his new bedroom and so far 12 days later he has received nothing, heard nothing, not even received a digital image and the customer services email bounces back! Avoid this at all costs. Terrible scammers.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! A COMPLETE SCAM! This place took my payment, but I never received a confirmation email. So I reached out to their “customer service” which is a fraudulent email address that doesn’t work. I can’t believe this site is even able to exist. Needs to be shut down.

Unfortunately, we were scammed, too. Website doesn't indicate these are digital files. I've emailed/submitted refund requests 4 times now, and I get nothing (and undeliverable emails) each time. Finally decided just to download and try to print, and they're not even the size indicated in the email. I'm going to protest the charge with my credit card company--hopefully that will work.

Don’t ever buy it. It’s a scam. Just what everyone else expierienced. I hope they get locked up.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company that claims to sell high-quality posters. From the start, things felt off. The website looked professional enough, but once I placed my order, communication from the company practically disappeared. What was supposed to be a simple transaction turned into a frustrating and costly mistake.

After placing my order, I received no confirmation email, tracking number, or shipping updates. I tried reaching out via their customer service email and contact form, but days went by with no response. When I finally did get a reply, it was vague and unhelpful, giving me no clear timeline for delivery or explanation for the delay.

Three weeks later, a badly packaged tube arrived, and the contents were not what I ordered. The posters were of extremely poor quality — pixelated, off-center, and printed on cheap, flimsy paper. To make matters worse, one of the prints was entirely different from what I selected. It was as if they threw in random items just to send something.

I contacted the company again to ask for a refund or replacement, but they completely ignored me. After multiple follow-up messages, they finally responded, claiming they don't offer refunds for "custom" prints — a policy that was never clearly stated on their site. It felt like a deliberate attempt to avoid taking responsibility for their errors.

Upon digging deeper, I discovered multiple complaints from other customers who had been scammed in similar ways. Many reported never receiving their orders at all, or getting items of poor quality, and then being ignored by the company. It’s clear that this business thrives on deceiving customers and avoiding accountability.

I strongly urge anyone considering buying from this company to look elsewhere. There are many honest businesses out there that value their customers and provide quality products. Unfortunately, this company is not one of them. Save your money and your time — this experience was nothing short of a scam.

Total scam - you will not receive any poster just link to download and print this off at home , they must have conned thousands of customers like this, tried the refund process but no response . Stay clear , they are scammers

A true scam. My complaint is precisely as everyone else's. The quality is very low even having bought the biggest size (for the highest price). The refund policy is not working. They do not reply to emails (forget the 72hours reply they mention there). A pity I didn't check these reviews before!

If I could this “company” 0 stars I would. Like most of the reviews, I didn’t realise this was a digital download until it was too late. Sent several emails and requested a refund on more than one occasion. No response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I can only confirm all the negative experiences: there is systematic cheating here! Definietely do not support this business model.
