Todavía estoy esperando que me llegue el pedido que hice. Se envío y por un error de Poster Base el pedido ha vuelto al remitente. Nadie me ha avisado de nada. Tienen mi pedido, que ya he pagado y no me contestan a mis correos ni me notifican que lo tienen....Espero una repuesta pronto. Me parece una vergüenza.

All-around great
Fair price, great quality, quick and friendly customer support. It was delivered in 3 days. Only issue was that it was delivered to a pick-up point, even though i paid for it to be delivered straight to my house. Issue was resolved quickly, after i had already picked it up from the pick-up point, the support offered to refund me the extra price for home delivery.

Real Company, Website Now Broke.
I bought a poster from them back in September or October and got it relatively fast, and I love it! I want to buy another one, but since November I get the error on the website “Acsess Denied, the owner has blocked access”. Hope this gets fixed because this is a great company.

Gute Qualität, lange Wartezeit
Nach meiner Bestellung habe ich nur eine Bestellbestätigung erhalten und danach passierte fast
2 Wochen lang gar nichts. Weder eine Versandbenachrichtigung, noch eine Antwort von Posterbase auf mehrere meiner Nachfragen. Aber dann ging es plötzlich sehr schnell. Ich bekam eine E-Mail mit einer Entschuldigung für die lange Wartezeit und einen Code um mein Paket zu verfolgen. Und 1 Tag später ist mein Poster angekommen. Sehr gute Qualität, ein schöner Rahmen und ohne Beschädigungen vom Transport.
Würde ich auf jeden Fall noch mal kaufen. Es wäre nur schön wenn der Versand etwas schneller wäre, oder man zumindest mehr Informationen erhält, um sicher zu sein dass die Bestellung nicht vergessen wurde.

Regarding delivery times, A2 formats can sometimes take longer due to their size and handling requirements.
For A4 and A3 formats, delivery is usually much faster, around 3–4 days to Germany.

We are quite surprised by your comment, as the information in your file contradicts your claims. You placed your order on November 15th. By November 19th, your package was already available at the pickup point you selected. Despite the package being held there for a full month, it was never collected. All tracking information and notifications were sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Instead of leaving a damaging and inaccurate review, a simple email to our customer service would have clarified the situation. Since the package was returned to us due to your failure to collect it, please contact us via email to discuss the next steps.

Buena gestión mala calidad de producto
El proceso de compra, el envío y el envoltorio han sido impecables, muy rápidos, un gran seguimiento del paquete y ha venido perfecto.
Sin embargo al abrirlo la imagen del poster, compré un A3, está bastante pixelada además de mal cortada , lo que ha fastidiado bastante el poster entero, por el precio que tienen al menos una imagen de buena calidad hubiera sido lo apropiado.
Actualizo después de la respuesta de la empresa:
Mande un correo antes de escribir esta reseña pero no he recibido respuesta, he vuelto a enviar uno, lo que si hemos vuelto a comprobar es que la imagen no estaba mal cortada y rectifico con 3 estrellas en lugar de dos ya que el pixelado si es evidente.

Respecto a su comentario sobre el producto, nos sorprende su percepción ya que nosotros mismos nos encargamos de la impresión y el envío, lo que nos permite verificar cada póster individualmente antes de enviarlo. Imprimimos siempre con la máxima resolución posible para garantizar la mejor calidad de imagen.
En cuanto al corte, nos resulta difícil que haya un error de este tipo, ya que nuestros formatos A3 se imprimen directamente sobre papel A3. Utilizamos este método precisamente para evitar cualquier error de corte manual y asegurar un acabado perfecto.
Lamentamos que el resultado no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Si lo desea, puede contactarnos por privado y enviarnos fotos para que podamos entender mejor lo sucedido.

I am a very dissatisfied customer
I am a very dissatisfied customer. I placed an order for my two children for Christmas, including posters. It was quite an expensive order. Afterward, I received a tracking link that didn’t work because I never received any confirmation email. Eventually, I tried using a different email address.
When I finally accessed the tracking page, it stated that everything had been delivered, but we never received anything. You are completely unreachable. The only way to contact you is via email, which is already very unfriendly to customers, and after sending three emails I still haven’t received any response.
This gives me a very bad feeling. Are you scammers?

First of all, your order confirmation email was successfully sent to the email address provided at checkout. If it did not appear in your inbox, it may have been filtered into spam or promotions. When you contacted us using another email address to request the tracking information, we replied within 48 hours, which is a reasonable response time for customer support, especially during the Christmas period.
Please note that email is our official and documented customer support channel, clearly stated on our website. We answer every request as quickly as possible, but during the holiday season, response times can be slightly longer than usual. That said, 48 hours for customer support is still well within standard service levels.
We would also like to be very clear: we are absolutely not scammers.
All orders are produced and shipped daily. However, A2 posters require a longer production and handling time due to their size and volume, which can extend delivery timelines. This information is clearly explained in our shipping policy before checkout.
If you would like your tracking link resent, you are more than welcome to email us again, and we will provide it to you promptly.

I initially left a 1-star review as I hadn’t received my posters and didn’t get a follow-up email about my order. However, after posting the review, I received a very quick response with all the shipping and tracking details.
It turns out the issue was on my end — I had accidentally entered an incorrect email address when placing the order. The posters have now arrived and the quality is very good.
