ordered two watches for my sons never got them they suck no customer service take your money and run stay away

If I could give zero Stars I would. I ordered something for my daughter that she never received. The tracking didn't work the communication was slow and horrible and it took 6 weeks to finally get a delivery confirmation and it was delivered to the wrong address. They would not refund my money but said if I gave them $10 for shipping they would send another one the original product itself shipping it all was 19.99. I would strongly recommend not purchasing anything from this company.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter for mother's Day. Said the order delivered I checked my box not there. I reached out to hummingwings in which they told me to contact usps. Contacted USPS and it was delivered to a different address! Same town different address. I reached back out to hummingwings and gave them this information and asked for them to reship or refund. I get an email back to contact usps again to see where it was delivered. Same thing not my address and they cannot tell me the address it was delivered too since it's not mine! So I reach back out to them again and tell them to either refund or ship another one. They cannot refund they said? They can ship another. Ok. Then ship another one. I reach out to them today to find out the status of my order. Then they reply back please respond to this email requesting a new shipment! What? So I responded back for them to ship a new one and that I am done playing these games and about to take matters into my own hands! I have now been dealing with this for months!

This company is a FRAUD. I ordered a necklace in May for Mother's Day. This is July and I have yet to receive my order. When I try to track it, it now shows no info. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS NON EXISTING COMPANY. I have contacted them more than once with no satisfaction.

Ordered a cross necklace for grandson graduation. I thought the company was in South Dakota. Wrong…..it took 8 weeks to get it and the box was totally smashed. The necklace was obviously cheap. I was to embarrassed to even give to my grandson. Do not order anything from them, it is a cheap product and a scam!

I’ve been waiting for over a month now to get my package delivered and it still doesn’t look like it’s gonna be here anytime soon

I made an order through Facebook and was feeling a little uneasy about it. They say the company is located in SD. hmmm. Anyways, They say they are available to talk 24 hours but it takes them forever to respond and there is no phone number that I found. I feel this is a terrible company to communicate with, there has been nothing but frustration with me. I have a bad feeling it is not a real company and just took my money. Stay away to this store. They don’t accept return and don’t give refund. I bought here necklace soo thin and the word is unreadable. I contacted them to return they replied after 1 month and said not refundable.

I ordered from them on December 5th never got confirmation of order only to be told 1month later that it was delivered to a address I never heard of and they told me I would not get a refund because I did not put my address correctly DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!¡¡

Please, please do not order from this store. It's fake and a scam, which is the same thing. I ordered two necklaces for my daughters for 2025, but they sent me ones for grandchildren. I checked my order, thinking I had made a mistake, but I don't have the confirmation, and I know what I ordered. I sent an email to the address they provide for returns, but it doesn't exist; I can't even send it. I have proof of everything. I tried to find them on Amazon, but nothing. This store is awful. I hope they get shut down.

You could improve by sending the product i ordered it has been over 40 days. Not a company I would recommend or buy from, going through the steps to get my money back

Company is garbage. Don’t order from them. I ordered a “From Dad” journal for my daughter. Took 18 days to arrive from China, which isn’t a big deal. Post office wouldn’t deliver, said it was a fake USPS label on the package, so I had to pay for shipping again. Got home and opened it, and it’s not even what I ordered. It’s a “From Mom” journal. Avoid at all costs.

I had to touch a star to get to this part. I would not give them any stars. I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas on November 25, 2025. I have yet to receive it. I’ve emailed their support customer service three times and have not received a response. There is no phone number to call very unprofessional. I believe they are a scam. I never received the bracelet ordered for my grandson. Customer service says they will resend, but never did. I will now contact my credit card company for a refund
