Photos misleading!
Not clear his needs to be plugged in constantly for the bed to stay inflated!
Brought one, then had to pay £6.99 to return it as thought it would be good for camping.
Customer service not helpful.
Photos show USB cable plugged in this also doesn't work without being connected to electricity although doesn't show this on the photo!....so what's the point. I brought a build in chargeable battery one for less than half the price, works great for camping.
I wouldn't buy from Huddle again.

Mattress keeps going down after a few hours even with the bed being plugged
In constantly asking for a phone call
And being ignored
The customer care it awful
Iv given up put it down to a scam company

Ordered from their website directly as it states next day delivery if you order before 12pm.

Ordered Wednesday after 12pm so thought it would be shipped Thursday and arrive on Friday when I need it. Submitted 2 tickets using their online form with no response. Got an update today (Friday) saying product will be delivered on Saturday which is completely useless to me

Bought 2 from amazon...sent 2 back once you deflate it then inflate it again..its leaks air and cannot be used, please don't waste your money folk's.. absolutely shocking product

Really gutted about this bed. I bought the NEVER DEFLATE double bed. It cost £130 odd quid, used it maybe 3 or 4 times over 13 months and it got a puncture and now can't stay up. Have no idea how it's just in the spare room. Contacted customer service but they said as it was over a year it's out of warranty and they wouldn't help me. Just feels like such a waste of material and money. Wouldn't recommend, bad product and unhelpful service.

Prompt delivery and well packed. Lovely comfy air bed which stays inflated as advertised.

Extremely happy with our king size air bed. Easy to inflate and deflate and extremely comfy. Found it more comfy than some hotels we have stayed in. Loved it so much we have brought a single for our daughter.

Once inflated, it can’t be returned so it’s impossible to test for comfort. In terms of comfort, it’s honestly just another inflatable mattress but a very expensive one. Cheaper mattresses are just as good in my opinion.

Parfait, réponds exactement à notre attente,
je recommande, merci.

Its excellent, the non deflating technology works perfectly, the automatic infaltion also worked perfectly

This is the best blow up bed you will ever buy. You will not regret it.
I cannot afford a new bed & mattress at the moment and thought I’d use this as a stop gap. I’m disabled and have hEDS, (my bones move around too much)
I have been using it for two months, it’s comfy and keeps my body in place.
I haven’t had it plugged in for over a month now and haven’t needed to pump it up.
My dog sleeps on it with me and she loves it too.

It was perfect, while it lasted, but that wasn’t long. We only used the bed 20 times, at most, over a year. Then 1 month after the 1 year warranty the top up pump no longer works, effectively making it a normal air bed that slowly deflates overnight. I don’t know if we just got a faulty one or if the build quality isn’t great but it’s a lot of money to spend for the amount of time it lasted.

My visitor enjoyed the air bed. No issues with sagging or the need to reinflate during usage. No complaints....

Sehr schön. Alles wie gedacht. Funktion ist sehr innovative. Mal liegt sehr bequem.
Grüße

Quick delivery and bed seems amazing! It’s yet to have it’s maiden camping trip but I’m hopeful!

A super quality and uber comfortable inflatable occasional bed! This one replaced a previous kind size high rise inflatable that cost four times as much and this one is much better quality!

It's Hüddle, a German company.
A brilliant engineered airbed!!!
I am myself German living in the UK for nearly 20 years now. As an airbed fan I bought, when moving house, a so called tritech bestway airbed to use it on a daily basis, but after a half year I woke up badly deflated and could not find the cause.
THEN ON MY RESEARCH I STUMBLED OVER THE NEVER DEFLATE AIRBED. IT HAS COST BIT MORE THEN DOUBLE, BUT
WORTH EVERY PENNY. IT WORKS AS DESCRIBED BEAUTIFULLY AND NEVER DEFLATES AS A VERY SILENT SECOND AIR PUMP ( you cannot hear it ) KEEPS IT UP TO THE COMFORT SETTING, HAS A NICE BLUE NIGHT LIGHT AND ON TOP YOU CAN CHARGE YOUR PHONE. IT ALSO COMES IN A TRAVEL BAG TO TAKE WITH YOU TO VISIT FRIENDS. I DON'T NEED THIS AS I USE IT AS A NORMAL BED. It seems that you cannot avoid a certain air loss on airbeds, so the idea of a second automatic is just out of this world )
What i have done:
I had a cheap memory foam topper, bought earlier for the bestway, which I put on the floor as a base for the never deflate airbed to avoid movement and any debris to cause holes or cracks in the body. I am so pleased to have it and I am sleeping like a King.
I bought the smaller double as my bedroom it quite small to have more space and you must know that I am 6 ft !!!
Just calculate! How much does a "normal bed" costing new ?
Frame and mattress? I been to dream beds and all beds are over £ 1200,- . For my never deflate air bed I paid £ 117,- .
Everybody can safe up and pay this easily.
There is a 1 year warranty for this bed and if it breaks then, so what? I buy a new bed for £ 117,-(I wonder anyway how it shall lose air, if you don't smoke in the bed or cut the body or poke it with sharp utensils)
I hope this company keeps developing and making airbeds for the next hundred years
SO FAR I DON'T REGRET BUYING IT. VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT

The order arrived a week later, 5 working days despite next day delivery advertised, it was then the incorrect size bed delivered, single instead of king. Contact is only via online form, message received back advised a replacement would only be dispatched once I had arranged a return and it had been recieved. The link I was sent to arrange a return was incorrect so a second return form needed to be processed. So far service hasn't been great, hopefully the return works and will have to keep waiting for the correct order.
