I was amazed by how quickly Active Era responded to my message about how the last airbed I purchased had completely deflated and also at how they immediately replaced the airbed and delivered it a few days later.

All went smooth, product (sleeping bag) is good quality and best price I found on the internet, also customer service is helpful

I can't praise this company highly enough, I damaged my newish air bed and although it was entirely my own fault, Active Era are sending me a NEW one as a gesture of goodwill. The customer services are excellent, my original query was answered within minutes and the whole matter dealt with well before the end of the day. I bought the single bed size, it is very easy to set up and comfortable to sleep on. It is also easy to deflate and packs away nicely for storage when not in use.

My airbed was deflating. I reported the issue to the active era and received the replacement.

My original order was unfortunately apparently "lost in transit" which was not the suppliers fault, it was the courier company ... but I had some amazing help from Grace in the suppling company to quickly and without hesitation to get this situation investigated and rectified, I then had my item promptly re-ordered.

Active Era are a great company to deal with, not just the supply of goods but most importantly customer services which is very good.
My first air bed had an undetectable leak so I contacted them after trying to find the issues, which I couldn’t, so within six days of my initial contact I had a replacement.

I have a single air bed which is very comfortable and surprisingly supportive, so I get a good nights rest on it.

May now buy a double for when i go camping as they are so good.

Definitely use this company again, it’s not just sales it the after sales service which is so important these days.

Our air bed arrived quickly and well packed. We tested inflation and deinflation and was very efficient. Have yet to use overnight but seems very comfortable. Will be sleeping on it for 6 weeks while camping so hope it stays that way!!

Fast dispatch and delivery. This air bed seems very well made compared to more expensive ones I've had, not much air has come out by morning and I've had no puncture yet, I've been using this air bed as a regular bed due to circumstances for a month , although it's not recommended to use as a permanent bed obviously. It's a 5 star from me

I had bought a set of digital scales a while ago, but the charging cable had been damaged. I could not find anywhere to buy a replacement, so i emailed their support team to ask if I could purchase directly. They quickly responded to apologise that they had nooption to buy parts, but asked me to provide derails and photos. Two days later, they had sourced a spare cable and mailed it to me free of charge. Definitely above and beyond expectations, very impressed!

I had a problem with a recently purchased air bed...It developed a leak.....I emailed the company with my problem and they instantly replied. They were most helpful and did not hesitate in sending me a replacement bed.

The bed arrived very quickly,and,unusually these days is just as shown in the adverts. Bought for a visit of my grandson in september,so hasnt been tried yet,but has been inflated for over a week and is still firm,so am sure it will be fine. Just the job for these occasional visits.
