Very convenient. No change to find, or getting bank card out in public. No queuing to pay. No car reg to remember.

So easy to set up and even easier each time I park as I don’t have to do anything apart from drive out.

Simple to use. Like the email confirmation after parking.

Ease of access, plenty of spaces, good security.

Its just great, no more standing out in the rain waiting for someone to remember there reg and then there card wont work. With Hozah I can just get in my car and drive out, the cost is less than paying at the machine nearby.
My wife and I go to the cinema then go for a meal without having to keep checking the time on my parking ticket. Just Brilliant.

I just drive in find a space go and do my shopping or what ever im doing and the payment is taken from my bank account within a couple of days never had a problem totally recommend using Hozah

Shocking space, clearly just a cash cow - no clear parking bays, people just parking where they want, big potholes in the area, dodgy people hanging around, No-one to contact when you get blocked in - do not park your car here - there's much better/safer car parks in Croydon

Car park on Cherry Orchard Road in East Croydon is shocking. Hozah rent / buy a piece of land, charge extortionate rates to park there and leave everyone to it. The car park isn’t manned, maintained of rubbish and rubble and there’s no bay lines so a complete free for all. My car is currently blocked in with every muppet dumping their car and blocking with no consideration. Trying to contact Hozah and there’s no contact number. Emailed several times and currently not getting a response at all. It’s disgusting. If you want to ensure you can leave when you need to, don’t park here

I downloaded the hozah app to make shopping easier , no looking for change , just drive in , shop , and leave . Automatically sends alert with price to mobile and then the money is taken from my account . Oh so easy

The numberplate recognition and good communication makes parking a simple job. No hassle looking for change, typing in licence number or messing about with cards.

Super easy compared to other parking apps. Love it

Hozah AutoPay is perfect. I use it wherever it's available. I never forget to pay for my parking so I don't risk getting an unwarranted penalty charge. Never pay more than is due.

Never had an issue with Hozah car parks. I've set up an account for mine and the Mrs car. Always notified when payments are coming out ets.

Far easier than traditional parking, especially with a toddler, and usually cheaper.

Don't have to hunt down a payment kiosk or fuss with little bits of receipt paper.

Fuss free and easy to set up. On one occasion it wasn't aligned with a free parking incentives but that was a one off.

I parked at Tamworth Ankerside on 23/12/25 and registered my car to my Hozah account on the day before I left the car park. Dispite this Hozah did not collect payment as expected and the first I knew about this was I received a Parking Charge Notice on 19/1/26 which I have appealed. Today, 2/2/26, I have received a second notice that states I must pay £100 by 29/1/26. I have contacted Hozah support and received a message that I must take this up with UK Parking Administration as the notice has come from them. This is rediculous as I followed Hozah's instructions and registered the car to my account. BTW UKPA have forwarded this to a debt collection agency as I did not pay before the 29/1 deadline..... Thanks Hozah!! I will no longer be using any of your parking facilities and may cite you in any court action that may arise from UKPA.......

Update 09/02/2026
I have finally managed to have the PCN notice cancelled. I contacted the shopping centre manager who was very understanding of the situation an appologised for the inconvienience and said they would contact thier representitive at Hozah to cancel the PCN. This was done promptly and I was sent the confirmation email from ..... Hozah. Apparently they can cancel PCN notices despite the claim that"Hozah is only a payment provider"

Once registered, which was quick and simple, I can park without worry about registering on an app. I drive in, park, drive out and any charges are made to my card a couple of days later - simple!

So easy to park and no need to try and remember to bring cash. Always quick to notify how much has been paid - even when it doesn’t meet the parking pay threshold, it’s nice to get that wee alert saying “you weren’t charged this time”.
