Ordered a jacket in july 2026. Have been waiting ever since. One excuse after another. Don’t waste your money buying anything from this lot because you will never get it. Have asked for a refund and more excuses.

I ordered a top in April 2026 and to date being 21st August 2026 I have not received the top and I cannot get a refund. THIS IS A SCAM, BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I recently ordered a dress from your store, but I am disappointed with the quality of the item, as the fabric and stitching look cheap.

I attempted to return the dress in hopes of exchanging it for a different item, but I was informed that I cannot return it. I am very dissatisfied with this policy, as I expected better quality for the price and should be allowed to return an item that does not meet basic standards.

I ordered a piece of clothing in January and never received it. I contacted the company and I have been trying to receive a refund ever since. I have emails about "understanding my frustration," "thanking me for my patience," and "we recognize that this has not been an ideal experience and your willingness to work with us means a great deal" - bunch of lies! Still waiting on a refund and now I want everyone to know that they are not reputable.

I ordered a beautiful black dress from them however when I received it, it looked like a HUGE BLACK SHEET. Nothing like the picture. I ordered a medium the bag it was shoved into said medium but when I took it out it had to have been at least a 3XXL . It looked like it was homemade. I opened a claim with PayPal. House of Ceylan asked me to cancel the dispute and they would refund my 55.00 I cancelled and now they won't respond. This place is a scam! I tried returning an item. At first, they were very responsive and would offer store credit options. But once I declined all of those offers, they kept stalling by saying that someone will contact me. I was never contacted and they never gave me return instructions to return an item. DO NOT BUY from this vendor - they are not to be trusted!!

This is the worst buy experience of my life. I mean, the picture on the website is completely different from what I received. My outfit looked like a bedsheet.

I reach out for a refund and they try to convince me to get a store credit. I decline because I already do not think anything good could come out of this brand. They agree to provide a refund minus 20% restocking fee and shipping fees. I take the offer.

Here the back and forth begins. They said a shipping label will be sent, next they ask for my phone number and say they will have to call me as they are moving through the queue. That’s when I reached out directly to my bank to dispute the transaction.

I let them know and they said they have just issued me a refund. I am thinking, don’t you need your cheap item returned anymore. Don’t you need to call me anymore. Take my review and do not waste your time and money.

Meanwhile the outfit was meant for my birthday shoot that arrived after the pictures.

First time ordering from House of Ceylan and I am genuinely impressed. The entire pipeline from checkout to delivery was so seamless and organized. The packaging was meticulous, making the unboxing feel special. Pure premium quality.

Item received and poor quality- sizing was not accurate. Very disappointed- wish I had read the reviews first.

This company needs to be investigated because they stall and stall to keep customers from getting their refund. Tell send plenty emails saying the same thing….BEWARE! Don’t buy from this company!!!!!!!

On April 4th, I purchased 2 pantsuits from this company. I looked at the suit, and the price was $152.25. I placed the order because, at that time, the guarantee stated free 30-day returns, no-questions-asked. The items arrive about 30 - 35 days later. The suits looked ok no problem there, the issue was that they needed to be returned because the cut of both suits was much smaller than stated on the website. I contacted the company, and they approved the return, yet they refused to send me a prepaid return label. They kept giving excuse after excuse. Their last offer was that I could keep the suits (which I couldn't wear) and not send them back, and they would provide me with a 40% refund. I told them that this was unacceptable. Next they said that someone from their team was going to call me. They never did. I tried calling them yet no one answered, and I wasn't able to leave a voicemail. Finally, I had to file a claim with PayPal requesting a chargeback. They tried to get me to remove the chargeback request stating that they would provide me with a full refund if I did. I told them that I didn't trust them. I'm waiting for PayPal to resolve the issue. House of Ceylan has since updated or should I say back-dated their return policy. Even though I have a copy of the original policy that was in effect at the time of my purchase. I just wanted them to honor their no questions asked guarantee for returns. This has been a true nightmare.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered anything. I ordered a dress and it doesn't look ANYTHING like pictured on the website. I put in for a return and they offered me some lame deal, See below...

WHAT!! I paid $81 dollars and they advertise 100% guaranteed or your money back.
I wrote back and said I didn't think that was a fair deal and would like my money back so they could offer me what they advertise. That was on May 18th. It is now June 21st and I am getting the run around. They keep saying there are people ahead of me who they need to attend to. WHATEVER!! I am done with this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY!!

I was extremely disappointed with my purchase from House of Ceylan.
I paid $87 AUD for a jacket that was advertised as being warm and high quality, but the product I received was thin, poorly made, and nowhere near worth the price. The stitching was substandard, the inside fluff was cheap, and the outer material felt low quality. Honestly, it looked like something purchased from Shein and resold at a significant markup.
The sizing was inaccurate, and the colour of the jacket was noticeably different from what was advertised on the website.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the return process. The website states that refunds are available if customers are unhappy with their purchase. However, when I contacted them, they initially offered store credit while allowing me to keep the item, then later offered only a 40% refund. I ultimately had to dispute the transaction through PayPal. I was advised to return the jacket at a cost of approximately $62 AUD, which was unreasonable given the item's value. After further escalating the dispute, I eventually received a full refund.
Based on my experience, the product quality did not match the advertising, and the customer service and refund process were disappointing. I would not purchase from this company again.

I placed an order on April 7th. It is now June 3rd and I have not received my purchase. I have contacted the supplier several times being sent "its with the carrier" email and a 20% off coupon for my troubles. Do you really think that I would purchase anything else from them when I have not received my original order?? I wrote them again stating 2 months is WAY to long to wait for my package getting greeted with please be patient!!! My patience is running out. I need a refund and will seek any measure I can to get it. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER THING FROM THIS SITE AGAIN and ask you to think twice about it also.

How a business can operate like this should be shut down

I’ve been shopping online for a long time, but I rarely come across such careful packaging as I did with houseofceylan.com. The product quality is even better than it looks in the photos. The texture of the fabric and the quality of the stitching were well above my expectations. My order arrived faster than I anticipated, and I had no issues during the shipping process. I reached out to customer support with a quick question and they were very kind and provided a clear answer. I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service, and this will definitely be a site I shop from again.

This company is full of shit! I recieved my item only to find out it didn't match the description at all. It's going on a month since first initializing a return and refund, and they keep giving me the runaround. Their condescending email responses and fake contact phone number they provided is all bogus. Don't waste your time buying from this lame company. I just want to return this low quality item and get my $85 refund back already, but they've mastered making it impossible to honor that.
