I got my order today the dress is absolutely gorgeous I’m totally over the moon the dress is beautifully made very quick delivery and amazing price I most definitely be buying more from this site .

wish I had looked at this before ordering. Ordered with confidence that I could return if I was unhappy with the purchase. There is no return or refund in reality. I received a 20% off voucher for my purchase when I asked how to return it. I get $24 to spend with them again and they keep $100. Only buy if you are willing to accept this is a NO RETURNS Purchase

Ordered a LACE dress and sent me a SEQUINED dress and told me that is what I ordered.

If I could rate this company less than one star I would. I purchase address that did not fit. I have been working for the last 7 days with their customer service team to get the dress return to them for a full refund. They have literally sent me a half a dozen emails with multiple options trying to get me to keep the dress. The options are weak like offering me a 9% refund if I'll keep the dress. Awful awful awful customer service. Please buy your wardrobe elsewhere it's not worth the frustration.

I purchased a green gown with huge flowers on it. Well, I was very excited to receive it as I will be wearing it to my nieces wedding. I opened the bag and looked at the material and was absolutely disappointed not only does the material of cheap it’s so shiny. Hopefully the company will refund me.

The quality of the item which was over $100 is truly dissapointing. The photo suggests that it's a shiny satin like material but the actual product is dull polyester- and the fit is absolutely horrible. I don't mind ordering from new companies and taking a chance but their return policy is non-existant and highly suspect. I suspect I'm just out $140.00. You actually have to email some address and ask for the unique return address- total BS and clearly a scam. My fault for not investigating before I made the purchase but I won't be making this mistake again.

The dress I purchased was beautiful but the craftsmanship was not. The return center asked for pictures, after they were sent, they apologized and told me I would get a 6% refund. Are you kidding me! This is ridiculous and they should not be able to do this. I fully read the return policy prior and it clearly states that if the dress is damaged they would offer a full refund. The stitching was off and strings were hanging out of the dress. DO JOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

They are not shipping what they are selling on their website. The website images are too perfect and before ordering I was warned the images are AI and do not expect to get what you think you are buying. I ignored that advice and purchased a dress which looked amazing on the website but is really terrible quality and isn't like the dress I was buying. They promote a fast easy return process but in reality they make it so argumentative that I suspect many people just give up and accept a nominal refund of between 5%-10%. I encourage everyone that has bought from this company to NOT be discouraged by their lengthy email exchanges about a refund. To ship back to China/Hong Kong it doesn't cost much at all. Do not give in, Get the return address and post the parcel back as soon as you can. Whilst they don't appear to be doing anything illegal they seem to have a sales strategy around easy refund process. Terrible company. Never again!

I wish I could give a negative star. This business is a fraud. Clothes are not as described and even tho it says 14 day return,it doesn’t say that you have to pay for all costs.
They offer 8% back!!!!! I am out $275.00 and wouldn’t give these awful dresses to anyone.

TOTAL SCAM: Fake Pictures & Illegal Return Policy!Do not buy from Alizua! They are a total bait-and-switch scam operating out of China. The dress I received looks absolutely nothing like the advertised photo on their website. It is made of the cheapest, poorest quality material imaginable—literally only good to be used as a rag. When I contacted customer service to demand a refund, they violated their own return policy by refusing to provide a free return. Instead, they tried to bribe me with a measly 10% partial refund to keep their garbage item, or forced me to pay out of my own pocket to ship the item back to China, which costs a fortune. They sent completely falsely advertised merchandise and are trying to trap consumers with massive international shipping fees. I have officially filed a fraud dispute with my credit card company to claw my money back. Avoid this company at all costs!

Do not purchase from this company. Their return policy is sketchy and not upfront at all. They say “14-day hassle-free returns” and then make the customer ship it back to Hong Kong on their dime and do NOT tell you this at the point of sale. This information is nowhere on any of their sales pages. Totally scammy and unacceptable.

I would give zero if I could. Wish I had read these reviews earlier. Poor quality dresses. Refused to give me a full refund for return. Back and forth increasing how much the offer to return each time. Now only offering 30% refund and I’m not even sure if they will refund 30%.

Customer service is a nightmare and they are based in China. Avoid dresses are poorly, made, and fabric is cheap.

Do not fall for the fake reviews. & ease if refund guarantee. They absolutely are both fake. They sent me the stiffest most plastic feeling dress, & wont honor the return policy on their website

Horrible return policy! DO NOT purchase… I bought a dress for $120, and when I wanted to return it to receive credit, I was told I would have to pay international charges. This was not listed on their return policy.

I ordered a gown from Alizua, beginning of the month, for my daughters wedding on September 5.
After reading all the awful reviews that people were leaving. I contacted them and asked for an immediate refund. Not nicely.
I was surprised to have a nice letter addressing my concerns, and asked if I wanted to wait and see the dress first. And offered me a small incentive, as well.
The dress arrived in a matter of days. And I am completely satisfied with its quality. Such a great dress! Thx Alizua - for your outstanding customer service!

Warning on doing business with Alizua.
I do not recommend buying anything from this company! Sizing of dresses are not accurate. The orders are slow to arrive and it is basically impossible to return your items. The company works to discourage your from returning and will offer you 10% refund (at best) of your purchase price. Definitely a scam!

Never again...if you need expensive Halloween costumes...this is your place..honestly the material was like a Halloween costume!! I should have done my homework before the purchase. I ordered two dresses for a wedding. The one was not even the correct color. The picture showed two different colors and it arrived with all the same color. Both dresses had stains, one being a 6 inch pen mark. I was told I could try to wash out the stains or have the zipper looked at a local tailor. They definitely do not want to allow returns to happen. A 5% refund if you keep the dress and 7% discount code for future purchases. Oh heck no, I will not be making any future purchases from them. After many emails back and forth, the final offer was 20% refund with a 15% discount code for future purchases but still had to continue to email with the return address and I was finally provided an address but told no paperwork would need to be provided with the dresses, they would know by my order number...which made no sense since they were not the ones providing the return label...joke!
I did purchase the "shipping protection plan" so I sent them a message and started a claim since the items arrived damaged. This too was say is a scam since they offered $120 refund (my total purchase was $254) but they asked for my bank information...routing number, address, etc...I declined and said I would be contacting my bank and see if I could enter a claim with them. They told me they understood my hesitation and if I wanted they could ask Alizua to refund via my original payment....I said well of course they would be the appropriate way but of course I figured I would not be seeing the refund.

My bank was helpful and entered a non-fraudulent claim. After 10 days of emailing the Alizua and the XCotton (shipping protection), I received an email from Xcotton saying I would be receiving a refund for the full amount minus the $6.50 shipping protection to my original payment...oh and I can keep the dresses! I was shocked to see the refund on my bank account...not sure if this was because of my bank helping or not...just happy to have the refund and found a dress elsewhere!!

DO NOT USE AS THEY ARE SCAMMER, the product’s are awful. You will not get your money back. wish I had looked on this site before buying lost all my money time and effort very upsetting.
