House Buy Fast Arvostelua

We were dealing with Dan who made the whole process seamless. From the very first phone call they dealt with everything from the marketing to auctioneers, viewings through to exchange/completion. Dan was very professional but down to earth and made us feel very reassured and comfortable. We would highly recommend them.

I thought I would take a chance and just see if this company could help me, after quite an in-depth phone conversation it appeared that my type of house is difficult to sell at the moment being that it is larger than average
he was upfront with me in saying that he wouldn’t be able to help which I appreciate it. We are not desperate to sell. I was just testing the water and I now know that my suspicions about the current market have been confirmed. I will sit tight for another couple of years and hope things will improve.
Pleasant but disappointing.

VERY sceptical about these companies before ! ……. but the pleasant service and professionalism we received from
House Buy Fast was pleasantly second to none , from Duncan , Ruby and the team, nothing was too much trouble, price agreed at the outset of the sale was the price we received , very honest and open people

Very professional & helpful answerd all my questions great service

I contacted Duncan, in the view to sell my house. I haven't decided yet, but I found him very helpful. Polite and understanding of my needs

Great support after my sale fell through twice which was sadly lacking from my estate agent. Good communication and organisation at all times. Would definitely recommend.

I called House Buy Fast, due to a my property being on the market a little while and I needed to secure a sale in a timely fashion. I spoke to Duncan, who was extremely professional and talked in through the whole process of the options the company offered. What I liked about Duncan, was at no time did he push me into selling my house, he didn’t promise me the world. What he did do was explain about any losses I would make if I went for a quick cash buy and he advised, to sit tight and push my original agent, which I did and sold. As a result of Duncan honesty and transparency, I have recommended him and his company and would not hesitate doing business with him in the future. I would highly recommend Duncan and the team.

Very helpful easy to understand and that helps when your old.

Duncan spoke to me today and offered me professional advice based on his many years of experience in property management. He was polite and respectful throughout the conversation and I was comfortable speaking to him .
Based on his knowledge I would have no hesitation in approaching him again regarding my property.

We decided that we wanted to sell our house quickly, and after looking at many agencies in the UK, we chose House Buy Fast. One of the main reasons was the agent I initially spoke with. Unlike many others, he didn’t pressure me to choose their agency and didn’t constantly chase me with phone calls or emails, which I really appreciated. He had a very pleasant voice and manner that made it easy for me to trust him – and I’m glad I did.

The sale of our home went quite quickly and everything happened just as the agent had explained to us from the beginning. Communication with the team was very easy and comfortable. Most of the time we communicated by email, and when something important came up, we spoke by phone.

Our contact with their solicitors was also very satisfactory and professional throughout the process. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would recommend House Buy Fast to anyone looking for a smooth and quick house sale.

The chap who called was very respectful, courteous and professional,

Honest conversation with Duncan. We were in a situation and he didn't sugar coat to give false hope which we appreciated it. Provided good advice/guidance on next steps even if we couldn't proceed with quick sale. Highly recommend him to at least have a conversation. it's worth it.

Very happy with Duncans advice and explanation of how the process works. More than fair price in comparison to other homebuyer companies.
