Property Rescue Arvostelua

Great service from Jimmy who explained everything clearly and honestly allowing me to make an informed decision.

The staff were fantastic, calming, reassuring and professional. They helped us out and gave us pieceof mind. They were on hand for any queries and fought hard to ensure we got the best deal. We would recomend them to anyone considering to use their services.

Property Rescue called me very quickly and arranged a visit from their assessor within a week. He (Martin) was pleasant to deal with - he took a video and he was done in under half an hour. Jimmy kept in touch regularly and, unlike many other cash buyers, did not overpromise and undeliver. He was friendly, informative, and helpful throughout. In the end, we were unable to do business, but the Property Rescue team were very professional and efficient and Jimmy made every effort to try and find a solution.

Great service from Property Rescue team. Emilio was helpful and kept in regular contact throughout the process, particularly when things needed chasing.
I’m very pleased with the outcome. Thank you all.

Property Rescue were really helpful, engaged and professional throughout the whole process. They were always willing to answer any questions and concerns I had throughout and were extremely patient. I want to call out Emelio, Zelda, Jimmy and Danny for their help and professionalism as well as being so friendly. They all made the process smooth and always put me at ease. I wanted to complete by a certain date and they did everything to make that happen. I would easily work with them again. I must have spoken to Emelio and the team almost 4 to 5 times a week and they never got tired of me and were so patient and helpful. Thank you all for all your help!

They called me back very quickly after filling out the form on the website which was very impressive (within 5 mins). Unfortunately were unable to help with my situation but offered some helpful advice.

They gave me good, impartial advice on the phone, even though they weren't the right fit for my circumstances, which I really appreciated.
I will bear them in mind if ever I do need their service in the future.

Although my dealings with Property Rescue were limited to discussions.I found those discussions to be very frank, honest and helpful.

Alex was knowledgable, informative and exceptionally honest in her professionalism. I would recommend Property Rescue on this engagement as a company that values it's integrity and reputation.

What made our experience great was Alex’s genuine compassion and determination to help. My dad has just lost his wife, and during such a painful time, Alex made him feel listened to, respected, and treated like a human being — not just a case number.

She truly cared and didn’t stop until everything was fully resolved. The service she provided was second to none. Alex worked incredibly hard for my dad and supported him with kindness and professionalism throughout.

Thank you, Alex. I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly. You were absolutely impeccable.

I contacted Property Rescue one afternoon to investigate the possibility of obtaining an offer for a property I have inherited. Emelio called straight back to arrange a call to go through the details. Having discussed the property and the area Property Rescue came back the same day with a proposal and clear explanation of the basis of their offer. Their service is very professional indeed. Emelio called back when he said he would and on time. The offer was immediately followed up by email with written details. Their service is exemplary and really helped me to move forward.

Emilio is so professional and went the extra mile to provide succinct advice with a clear explanation for pros and cons. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you!

I called Property Rescue to try and sell my tenanted property quickly as the tenants had refused to move out. I spoke to 2 people including Zelda who were both very understanding , empathetic and helpful. They very apologetically informed me that their company doesnt buy tenanted properties and suggested other places I could try. They even wished me luck. Amazing customer service.

After reading positive reviews regarding Property Rescue decided to give them a go in respect to selling a property which belonged to my deceased dad. From the start, Emelio was the guy who talked me through the whole process, really professional but affable as well. Initial offer was a less than expecting but there was no hidden agenda which was really appreciated.

Emilio and Danny were really helpful when I was trying to keep together a broken chain. Whilst we didn't complete the sale through Property Rescue they did deliver an offer and are absolutely worth taking to.

I submitted a query form overnight and received a phone call from Emelio this morning. I was impressed with the level of service and transparency this company provide. Emelio was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Nothing was too much trouble and all my questions were answered. Thank you.

When I emailed Property Rescue to enquire, Emilio answered my questions in detail and was very informative. On the phone Alex was really helpful, answering my further questions and was very friendly and approachable.

Very friendly professional and understanding and got the results we wanted.Communication outstanding all thanks to Alex and Emilio again thank you.

I am incredibly happy with the service I received from Property Rescue from start to finish. From the moment I made contact, the entire team, particularly Zelda and Alex, provided exceptional support and guidance. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process.

Both Zelda and Alex took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. They made sure that I understood every step and what to expect, which was a huge relief during what could have been a very stressful experience. Their communication was prompt, and they were always available to help whenever I needed clarification or assistance.

What really stood out to me was how easy they were to speak to. I never felt rushed or like my concerns weren’t important. They genuinely cared about helping me through the process, which made all the difference. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I was at ease throughout the journey truly exceeded my expectations.

I would highly recommend Property Rescue if you're looking to sell your home. Their team made the process simple, straightforward, and stress-free, and I am extremely grateful for their help. A huge thank you again to Zelda and Alex for all of their hard work and dedication.

If you’re looking for a team that you can trust and rely on, Property Rescue is definitely the way to go.

Thank you again!
