A. Disgrace of a company being conned is how your left feeling they tell you they have technical issues posted next day delivery on the 16th March still have no results
Shocking I will be contacting groupon for refund and to seek them investigating this company

3 weeks and waiting. Waiting for a refund now but going by previous reviews won't hold my breath. Will be contacting Wowcher to get money back

According to my results I'm allergic to just about everything under the sun, including chicken, which is probably the food I eat the most. The results are completely bogus. Avoid.

Utterly appalling. The website claims “no delays” in testing, 100% customer satisfaction and refund policy and it is utter tripe.

You get palmed off by nonsense on line agents (all called Alex it seems) then put onto a supervisor called Donna who promised me the results by eop last week.

Still nothing. I have asked for refund and hope that I get that so I can go to a legitimate company to get the results I am seeking. It is disgusting that they are playing with peoples health.

Suffice it to say I am livid and outraged. DO NOT USE.

Bought as a voucher from Wowcher so a little cheaper but still £40. Sent hair samples in via mail and no results 2 months later. I am questioning the legitimacy of this company. It feels completely like a scam. Customer service team (only available on live chat- no number!) keeps passing on query to their 'supervisor' who doesn't seem to be in at the time- convenient. Would suggest avoiding!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT! FRAUDSTERS

I purchased a food intolerance pack through wowcher and I still haven't received anything. I emailed home to lab and they didn't respond. I wouldve given them zero instead of one. Wowcher will be giving me my refund but I would stay faraway from this company. I've put in a complaint to wowcher to take this company off their website. And I will be submitting a complaint to trading standards too.

They are bunch of jokers! I bought this from Wowcher and really regret it. They confirmed sample was received by email and no results came through so I has to contact them. No number to call - online chat only. They kept saying no samples have been received and Supervisor will contact me which did not happen! Finally when I got fed up I told Wowcher I was stopping my payment. Suddenly the very next day I received the results which I do not trust! I even told Wowcher they should be banned!

haven't received anything and it's been nearly a month. this is a scam site. wowcher should provide money back as its highly unfair. I keep being told to wait another 48 hours for a supervisor as they cannot find records of my results, I've been told this for a week so far. absolute bull.

Avoid!! Its been 22days since i bought the test, sent it with registered next day delivery got confirmation and someone named Davies signed for it, after a week i contacted hometolab a d they told me they didnt receive my sample yet.. they lied.. after another 4days they said they received it and i was waiting until now and used live chat only for them to tell them please waiti hopefully you'll have results soon... Wow.. its been almost a month.. its unreal.

Waste of money. Don’t bother. The “scientific results” are useless. In one area told to avoid shellfish, in another told to eat prawns; to avoid rye but eat more wheat and, most importantly, to avoid pigeon droppings. What!!! At least I got a slight discount using a Wowcher promotion but still a waste of money. Misleading, conflicting, poorly presented.

Do not use. I sent my hair samples to them and they received them on 07/12/20. They state a 7 to 10 day turn around but I'm yet to received an allergy report. I've asked for a refund and am yet to receive a response. I do wonder if this is even a genuine website.
